Was concerned that while I got a print out of things that had to be done to my car (which was very useful) it did not accurately state what the actual costs were to be. BUT the big kicker was the $39.95 charge for shop supplies.....this is a cash cow for the distributorship and has nothing to do with the service work. When I complained about the charges I was credited the amount on my next visit but now I wonder how many people never complain or do not even look at the invoice. I was told it was to cover the hazardous waste costs but on the invoice the hazardous waste is clearly marked and charged separately so that was not true. The service manager did not really have an answer except to say that all servicenters have this charge..... More
