I have not had a pleasant experience with a particular service person. So I decided to give Chapman one more chance and deal with another service person, who was Pattie Vantine. Since working with Patti service person. So I decided to give Chapman one more chance and deal with another service person, who was Pattie Vantine. Since working with Pattie I would recommend her to anyone that I know, but only her at this time. I have had issues in the past and even left a voicemail for service manager, Dave but he never returned my call. Pattie is exceptional at her job and is excellent dealing with customers. She is a pleasure to work with. More
I was very pleased with Len Bishop. He was very friendly and nice. My only complaint was that it took considerably longer than he told me. When I asked how long the oil change would take he told me 30-45 and nice. My only complaint was that it took considerably longer than he told me. When I asked how long the oil change would take he told me 30-45 minutes so I went across the street to shop. I came back in 45 minutes and was told it was in the car wash. That was very nice as I wasn't expecting to get a free wash however it took another 30 minutes for my car to be ready. I didn't mind the wait but would have rather been told at the beginning it would be an hour or so and I could have continued to shop rather than come back and sit and wait. All in all, I plan to return for future service. More

I have been a loyal customer of Chapman Chevrolet/Isuzu since 1995. I have been servicing my 4 vehicles there. I have had good experiences and would always recommended the Chapman Service Dept to friends a since 1995. I have been servicing my 4 vehicles there. I have had good experiences and would always recommended the Chapman Service Dept to friends and associates. This is no longer the case. Yesterday's visit to the Quik-Lube Dept for an oil change was totally unacceptable. My vehicle servicing was completed yet the vehicle remained in the service bay for an additional 15 minutes while technicians just walked around it. The service advisor told me to "Give him a minute" when I asked the advisor twice when my vehicle would be done. The Quik-Lube oil change took 1 hr and 10 minutes. More
I did not rate the Quality of service because I dont know how long it will last. Over the past 5 years I have been satisfied with the service and friendly people. So far the warranties that your dealership sell your customers suck and seem to be a waste of the customers money. When you need them they are either expired or don't cover what broke down. More
We had been having a Phantom electrical problem with our Satrun Vue that the Saturn Dealer had been unable to rectify. I contacted GM and they refered me to Chapman. the car had gone beyond the 36,000K Bump Satrun Vue that the Saturn Dealer had been unable to rectify. I contacted GM and they refered me to Chapman. the car had gone beyond the 36,000K Bumper to bumper warranty, so we had a GM request for service. I called and spoke to Douglas in service, His attitude and upbeat demeanor was very refreshing ( I have been a service advisor and know what the job entails) He gave the impression that he would take it as a personal challenge and responsibility to make sure that our issue was resolved. He assured me that he had a technicial who could get to the bottom of any type of problen and generaly made me feel that we were in good hands. we ended up getting a new body management computer under warranty. I am completely satisfied with Chapman and would like you to know that Douglas is a superlative represetative of your company. Thank you Dave and linda leach More
Eric has always been great to work with. He is always accommodating and very good at explaining things to me as I have no auto service/repair experience. What concerns me is the suggested work Chapma accommodating and very good at explaining things to me as I have no auto service/repair experience. What concerns me is the suggested work Chapman says I should have performed on my vehicle. When I showed that to my friend who owns a body shop / service center in Mesa, he cut the prices in half. For instance, I just had Chapman do a transmission fluid flush on my vehicle within the last 12 months I think. Now there is a leaky axle seal or something all these other things they say I need. I bring in my vehicle for a standard 5k service, and I leave with paperwork requesting me to approve almost $800.00 in services. Beyond that, Eric is always great to work with and is very helpful.
