I brought my 2010 Silverado in for an Oil change, tire rotation and warranty work. I was met as scheduled with Len Bishop. Warranty put me in a 2010 Impala for the day. All work was performed to my satisfaction and my truck was returned cleaned and ready to show off again. A part was ordered for warranty work so I will need to return to have this part installed. I was impressed at the effort to retain me as a customer. More
Was disappointed in time it took to complete service. Was directed to Quick Lube center. Sign said it woudl take 30minutes or less, but I was also having tires rotated and they offered to wash my car. I was directed to Quick Lube center. Sign said it woudl take 30minutes or less, but I was also having tires rotated and they offered to wash my car. I was quoted and expected about 45 minutes to an hour wait. After an hour, I was told my car was going in for the wash. After being in the wash for 30-40 minutes, my car came out with STREAKS all over it. It looked cleaner dusty than after you all washed it. Not thrilled. Had to pay to have it washed right after, which I wouldn't have done if my car wasn't covered in streaks from the worst wash service ever. Couldn't believe it took 30+ minutes. Will return since I received 4 free oil changes as a Saturn customer... but probably will not return after that. Also, I tried to make an appointment in advance for this service, but when I called and requested the appointment, I was told 'you don't need an appointment'. The individual on the phone didn't even offer and wasn't willing to take my info for an appointment. That's odd because the card I got in the mail said to call and make an appointment. Oh right, and it ended up being busy... an appointment should have been accepted. More
PATTY VANTINE HAS ALWAY HANDLED ALL OUR SEVICES NEEDS ON OUR COMPANY VANS. SHE IS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND ALWAYS KEEPS ME INFORM ON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE VANS. THE SERVICE GETS DONE IN A VERY GOOD TIME. OUR COMPANY VANS. SHE IS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND ALWAYS KEEPS ME INFORM ON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE VANS. THE SERVICE GETS DONE IN A VERY GOOD TIME. WOW Where do I start... Basically in a nutshell my husband and I have been buying GM vehicles for 12 years now and the service we have received since buying our 2008 Tahoe has been nothing but a joke. husband and I have been buying GM vehicles for 12 years now and the service we have received since buying our 2008 Tahoe has been nothing but a joke. Ernesto in Service has been dishonest (as we have recently found out) with us when it comes to the warranty coverage on my Tahoe. He doesn't return calls. He's never available. When he does return a call (after we have called him numerous times) he would call myself (Denise) instead of my husband (who's name is on the vehicle and who drops the car off). No follow up calls or emails have ever been made. At one point, we had parts on back order and he never followed up to see when we wanted to bring our vehicle back in or tell us they were on back order. I found out by asking if the work was done. Needless to say, we have yet to have a good experience from this dealership and I would not recommend anyone to bring there cars in for service. Thank you, Denise Moore More
Very pleased with Mr. Saldana's attentiveness and customer service. He gave us an honest time estimate and luckily we had planned accordingly so upon our return for the car it was waiting for us. From the initial phone call.............Patti Vantine, Service Consultant, asked me the right questions and welcomed me to bring in my vehicle when it was convenient. Once at the service drive, she was efficient and communicative on the what, how, and when of getting my vehicle looked at and repaired. Even helped me get a rental car quickly and with no hassles. Returned rental car(across the street) and my vehicle was delivered clean and quickly. Great job to Patti! And thanks to Jim Vantine that did the actual work on my truck. Have purchased 5 trucks from Chapman Chevrolet and reccomended several friends that eventually purchased there, too. Shon always takes great care of me - detailed explanation of what my vehicle problems / service needs are, what my options are on getting them fixed, and how we can prioritize when they need completed.
