When I entered the parking lot, I was told that there was a separate area for the oil changes. I was given directions and was met by a friendly employee. The car was ready about the time estimated and I was surprised at the detail given in the maintenance report. About the only other place that I have seen that amount of detail was at Saturn. My husband brought our new Equinox in for service...purchased from you and with 1700 miles on it now. It came back with a medium chip out of the paint on the front bumper area after service service...purchased from you and with 1700 miles on it now. It came back with a medium chip out of the paint on the front bumper area after service and car wash. It is peeling and we need to do something to keep it from making a large black area on the front of our white car. I got our OnStar vehicle diagnostics today and the tires are at 31, 32, 32, 32. Did they put the standard 35 in them and if so, why are they down already? The chipped paint is a real problem to me and how to keep it from peeling more and more. The above choices don't really reflect an accurate choice...since I would hope this isn't what will happen every time. More

Since Chapman is the authorized Saturn repair facility in my area, I contacted the service department and spoke to Len Bishop. Getting an appointment was easy, Mr. Bishop kept me informed regarding the availability of parts, the Courtesy Shuttle provided me with rides to and from the dealership, and everything was completed to my satisfaction. I loved getting into my clean, fresh-smelling car to drive home. Thank you! More
We realize that there were unexpected situations (recalls) that needed to be tended to while we had the car there, but we arrived at 10 a.m. for a LOF and tire rotation. We were told it would take (recalls) that needed to be tended to while we had the car there, but we arrived at 10 a.m. for a LOF and tire rotation. We were told it would take approximately an hour. Granted, once the recalls came up in the computer, that added additional time, but the servicing was not complete until 2:00. Had we known that before we brought the car in we would have left it for the day and come back at 5:00 to pick it up. We don't understand why we weren't notified of the recalls until we got to the dealership. With our other car, which is a Chrysler product, we get notification in the mail by the manufacturer if there is a recall. This was our first time to bring the car back to the dealership. It is not convenient to our home. Since the overall experience was not anything exceptional, we will probably take the car to the Chevrolet dealership closest to our home the next time. Len Bishop was very pleasant and did keep giving us updates, but I think we should have been told at the "get-go" that it was going to take at least 3 or 4 hours. More

EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! WE TOOK OUR UPLANDER THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND A TRANSMISSION ISSUE. TO OUR DELIGHT THEY COVERED THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE UNDER WARRANTY WITH NO PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS AND THE OIL AN OIL CHANGE AND A TRANSMISSION ISSUE. TO OUR DELIGHT THEY COVERED THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE UNDER WARRANTY WITH NO PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS AND THE OIL CHANGE WAS TAKEN CARE OF ALL IN THE SAME DAY. THEY EVEN WASHED THE UPLANDER FOR US. THANKS TO EVERYONE AT CHAPMAN FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!! More

I would hope to be able to deal with him again. Apparently the ignition system in my car collapsed. A week ago tonight I could not turn off the engine. I sent it off on the back of a tow truck that evening. The womam with whom I spoke on the phone was helpful and reassuring. I had visions of my little car sitting out all night with the engine running, she explained about locked gates etc., and someone disconnected something under the hood that finally shut the engine off. The parts were ordered and installed the next day, the repair seems to be perfect (key goes in and out, car turns on and off!) I am very pleased with how it all turned out, I will certainly bring my Saturn back to Chapman for further service!! More

I own my own business with Pepperidge Farm and it Dear sirs, I have a 2004 Chevy Dura max diesel. It has performed very well and I am proud of it. I own my own business with Pepperidge Farm and it was the show truck for the longest time at a depot that shows a great many proud owner operators. This truck looked so sharp and I bragged on the performance that five of the other owners purchased Duramax diesels. These trucks looked sharp all parked near each other with Pepperidge Farm trailers hitched to each one. There truckes performed very well with no issues arising over performance or durability. It was onlyafter a few years had pasesed that a few glitches were spotted ie. the instrument cluster. Chevrolet repaired all the ones that needed it. My truck has over 180,000 miles on it and I get about 15 miles per gallon. These are both excellent points but the truck still looks fantastic and the performance is excellent. Recently I noticed an extreme amount of exhaust emminating from the tail pipe. I was concerned and also noticed diesel in the oil pan. I was forced to change the oil every two weeks for several months, this was cumbersome and expensive. I service this vehicle religiously as it is a life blood of my business and income. It was with some home work that I discovered that leaking or faulty injectors were the cause of my problems. I called the dealership at Chapman and spoke to Doug Bonkowski. Doug was very friendly, courteous and informed. He said that my truck may or may not have been covered through and extended warranaty by Chevy. Well after checking the truck the dealership(Doug) emmediately called me and said the injectors were bad and they would replace them at a small deductible price. This was good news,I am a single father with one income, I needed to get another 2-3 years out of this loyal friend before I can sink thousands of dollars back into it and to buy a new truck. Rarely in our day to day lives does big business honor what they sell and stand for. I am proud that I was able to brag about my Chevy truck when I bought it and now almost seven years later I will still be able to brag on my Chevy truck and the company and its employees that proudly stand behind its product. Kudos to you gentleman I will buy Chevy for my life and my sons see my sincere pride so they too will tell everyone we are a Chevy family. My truck drives buy this dealership almost every single day I have My Pepperidge Farm trailer hitched and I know that people spot it all the time. I only had one negative thing to point out and that is that I lived thirty miles from this dealership and did not have time to arrange a rental vehicle that could substain my business as my truck was getting repaired. Usually you have to reserve such vehicles and I was on foot 30 miles aways so had to settle with what was available at the time. It would have been nice if the dealership would have assisted me in this process and maybe split the cost with me. I lost sales because I could only maintain my business. Overall I rate my total experiance a 9 out of ten. The rental was a pain or you gentleman would have receives a stellar ten from me.
