I had a very enjoyable experience at Chapman Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also received a free car wash that was done better than any car wash I've received from a dealer in I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I originally called Eric and made the arrangement for service and he was very nice and patient with me on the phone. Many times in the past (not at Chapman) service people would typically rushed me through my concerns and threw out patronizing canned responses and off they went to ‘fix’ my car while I waited wondering if they had any idea of what I was trying to explain. When I got there Eric was just as nice in person as he was over the phone. He estimated my wait time perfectly. Your customer waiting room was very comfortable and I appreciated the complimentary beverages. I now have a favorite place to take my car. Thank you. I do have one minor suggestion. I have an older model Saturn Vue and when the oil is changed almost everyone either overlooks resetting the change oil light or fails to reset it properly. The first year I owned my car it wasn't a problem but as newer models came out, they updated the feature and the change oil light can now be reset from the driver's seat. I think that most technicians forget that in older model Vue’s the change oil light needs to be reset in the fuse box under the hood. I’ve gotten to be a pro at taking care of that issue after I get my car but it would be nice if it was done with the oil change. Thanks for the great service!! More

When you arrive at the service department, Kevin Mooney is always friendly and happy to see you. He makes sure the work gets done right and within a reasonable time. We were floored with Ray, he did all the leg work, stayed in contact, had everything ready to go. We drove up from Tucson, he had found the perfect vehicle based on our requests, we did the paper work, most in contact, had everything ready to go. Our 4 kids, 7,5,and 2 year old twins were well taken care of by Chris while we finished up the details. We were in and out in 3 hours! Very pleasant people to work with. Took my car in right away. They were very quick to get the work done. The only negative is you don't have internet connection for customers. First, I answered N/A for Quality of Work because I can only assume the fuel filter and brake fluid needed to be replaced, and that the work was completed correctly. This might be because I was a Saturn customer and was used to "the Saturn experience." Maybe it was because of the coincidence that after paying for Saturn Car Care, my first scheduled service outside of a Saturn facility cost me $250. Maybe I got used to having my car washed with each service visit. The "No" answer to "Would you recommend this dealership:" was mainly due to a past terrible experience with Chapman Chevrolet, after which I thought I would never set foot on Chapman Chevrolet's property again. Then I received the notice that Chapman Chevrolet is where I need to take my Saturn for service. Please know that my "No" answer had nothing to do with anything that gary did. He was perfectly OK. I have been taking my Chevy trucks and SUV's to Chapman Chevrolet since 2001. They have always done good work, and I have never been anything but pleased with the results. They are not the cheapest s Chevrolet since 2001. They have always done good work, and I have never been anything but pleased with the results. They are not the cheapest solution when I need service; but...they know exactly what they are doing and they know GM vehicles. They know how to fix it, and that's exactly what they do-the first time. I have a 1994 Chevy Silverado 4X4 with 148,000 miles, and they have been maintaining it in top condition for all these years. They have also maintained my two Suburbans. I strongly recommend Chapman Chevrolet for having your GM vehicle repaired and serviced. I have spent literally thousands of dollars in repairs at this dealership over the lat decade, and I feel very satisfied every dollar was very well spent. More
I when to get service on my vehicle, and encountered a number of problems. First, there are no clean sign of what to do after you have entered the property. Second, I came in on a Saturday, and was not gr number of problems. First, there are no clean sign of what to do after you have entered the property. Second, I came in on a Saturday, and was not greeted by anyone, so taking in account that it was Saturday and that it might just be slow. But when i returned on Monday there were a few employees working around and no one would greet, help, or tell me where to go. Third, this is not that much of a big deal, but how do you get out of the drive way (especally when there is no one around) if you have to leave. The only way i found was to go through the sales car lot, that is not clearly marked. It is for this reasons that i cannot recommend this dealership More
