Ernest Saldana was the Customer service rep. who handeled my car issues. He was great with his welcome to me as a first time client. I am a Saturn owner and was referred to Chapman. I do believe that the amount that was charged coul have been cheaper,becuase all that was done was a oil change. I went to the saturn dealership often to get my oil change, the also perform a check list on been cheaper,becuase all that was done was a oil change. Kevin is always very helpful when I bring my vehicles into the Service Department. After the work was completed, he was able to answer my questions about past service and explain what and why the items into the Service Department. I had to come in for a recall on my vehicle. I was very impressed with the service from the minute I drove up. From the quick service to take my vehicle, from the breakfast items, beverages, and set up of impressed with the service from the minute I drove up. Patti Vantine is a great service writer, she knows her customers, knows their cars, and always follows up. The technician did a good job on the alignment, but some of the settings at final were outside t customers, knows their cars, and always follows up. The technician did a good job on the alignment, but some of the settings at final were outside the manufacturers specification listed on the job sheet. Close is not good enough, spend the extra 10 minutes to report the settings as within factory spec. And beware of upselling beyond what is reasonable, quoting almost $800.00 to change the shock absorbers, (not strut, and no control on this Vette) when the cost of the shocks is about $125.00 (your price) is beyond the realm of reason.
