I came in for an oil change, car wash and to have my tires checked. The people are always friendly and nice. Everything was great - I came in because I had lost a hubcap on my Malibu (purchased at this dealership a few years ago). Went over to the quicklube service for an oil change, tire rotation, and install the hubacp. The guy who checked me in told me how long it would be, and got me right in - very friendly, very helpful, very professional. The same guy came and got me when it was done, explained that they had accidentally spilled a little oil on the engine while changing the oil, and told me that if I didn't mind waiting, they were going to get it cleaned up and out to me. I told him that was no problem. A short wait later, not only had they cleaned up the spill, but also gave me a full exterior car wash - not expected or anticipated, but VERY much appreciated. I've always been impressed with the customer service, as well as the quality of service at this dealership - this visit was just another example of why. More
