Original Saturn Vue owner. We were given an invitation to have service done by Chapman Chevrolet. Although we could have chosen a closer Dealer to work with, it was Chapman Chevrolet that made it work ou to have service done by Chapman Chevrolet. I always find the guys in the Quick Lube to be professional and helpful. I asked for them to check my temperature guage, gave them permission to do the diagnostic testing and they came up with th professional and helpful. Had a brake problem on the freeway. Came directly to Chapman and Kevin was quite helpful and asked if I could bring it in the car the next day. The personnel at Chapman have been extremely professional and have demonstrated the best of customer service most times I have been there. I was referred by Mrs. Sherrill Jones.
