Original Saturn Vue owner. We were given an invitation to have service done by Chapman Chevrolet. Although we could have chosen a closer Dealer to work with, it was Chapman Chevrolet that made it work ou to have service done by Chapman Chevrolet. Although we could have chosen a closer Dealer to work with, it was Chapman Chevrolet that made it work our while to make the extra effort. Very pleased with Patti and service. I always find the guys in the Quick Lube to be professional and helpful. I asked for them to check my temperature guage, gave them permission to do the diagnostic testing and they came up with th professional and helpful. Although I don't have the money right now, they were still great to work with and I will be back to get it fixed at a later date. Had a brake problem on the freeway. Came directly to Chapman and Kevin was quite helpful and asked if I could bring it in the car the next day. I need to be safe as I carry myself and my puppy every day in my car and if my brakes do not function properly it might hurt either of us or both. Very pleased with your sales staff and your service department. Everyone always is more than gracious and pleasant. All of them have a smile whenever they look at you. Great job Chapman!! More

I was happy with the service EXCEPT there is still a problem with the car and now they do not seem to care if it is solved or not. I have repeatedly called and cannot get any help. I did have an appointment, the wait time was about an hour longer than expected, but everyone was very friendly and professional. I was impressed and happy with the service. The personnel at Chapman have been extremely professional and have demonstrated the best of customer service most times I have been there. I was referred by Mrs. Sherrill Jones. She is correct, I drive from Casa Grande, AZ to get to Chapman. The reason I bypass at least three other dealerships including Freeway is the professionalism and customer centric attitude practiced by Chapman's employees. As long as Chapman is this way I am a Chapman customer. No other delaership need call me, they do not measure up to Chapman's standards. More
I needed help with my keyfobs and the recall for the starter switch. My consultant could not have been nicer and extremely helpful. This is why I stay with Chapman Chevrolet.
