Eric listened to my concerns then addressed them through the service department. He was able to through warranty replace four General Tires for a "chunking" problem. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Chapmans and have always received friendly,professional and fair treatment from all the associates that I have had contact with. This visit I was in for a lube have always received friendly,professional and fair treatment from all the associates that I have had contact with. This visit I was in for a lube,oil and filter change along with what I thought was a leak of power steering fluid. Eric pointed out that I was about due for a tire rotation so I agreed to that also. Although no leak was found I was allowed to see for myself that there was no sign of a leak which further varified the fact for me. I deeply appreciate the personal attention that both I and my vehicle were given. Although there is another dealer considerably closer to me I will continue to utilize your far superior dealership. I brought my car in because there was a popping noise when I turned and a scraping sound. Plus the car seemed to slide a little. One male friend and a male relative said it had to do with where the CV b when I turned and a scraping sound. Plus the car seemed to slide a little. One male friend and a male relative said it had to do with where the CV boot and the axle meet. When I checked out, the note on the repair slip was that the CVC boot wasn't torn. I never said anything about the cvc boot being torn. I was more concerned about the axle end of it. So I only hope nothing happens! More

I bought my Isuzu HTR new from this dealer. Over the past couple months I have had a few issues resulting from poor engineering on Izusu product and the service dept. will not cover repairs.
