I was greeted in a friendly manner and my service request was taken in a timely manner. The waiting area is very nice and and had good coffee and some good things to go with. Eric was very polite. He did a very good job of explaining what was going to be done and about how long it would take. Even though there was a slight mix up, when the service driver brought the car explaining what was going to be done and about how long it would take. Even though there was a slight mix up, when the service driver brought the car to the ready area, he apparently did not see me, so he parkded the car and took the keys inside. Eric saw me pacing outside and came to inform me that the car was done and the keys were inside. He was watching out for me. Thanks Eric. Job well done! More
Overall great experiance. Not sure that the tires were rotated on the rear, But it looks like the same tire that i had a flat repaired on at your shop was in the same position as before i had the service rotated on the rear, But it looks like the same tire that i had a flat repaired on at your shop was in the same position as before i had the service done. My Saturn was have some strange problems with shifting and the engine light was turning on and off. I immediately drove my car directly to Chapman and ask for my service rep, Douglass. He told me that would be able to look at it some time during the day so I was very happy when he call ed me back before the end of the day with the news that it was a minor issue that involved a moth getting stuck in the air intake that was causing all the problems. The good news is it all good now. More

While putting the new outside rear view mirror on my car, necessitated because the foldable option on the mirror stopped working, Eric noticed that the door molding trim was coming apart. I went back to have my windshield wiper replaced. My salesperson is Victoria, but she was not working that day and we missed her, but my windshield wipers were replaced, my car was gas up and we were re salesperson is Victoria, but she was not working that day and we missed her, but my windshield wipers were replaced, my car was gas up and we were ready to go right away. As a Saturn car owner, I was very pleasantly surprised at how welcome Eric made me feel when I drove into the service line yesterday.
