Everything was A Okay. Everybody was very friendly. The popcorn and water were good. We didn't have to wait long for service and Jeff was very helpful. Eric was very informative, pleasant to work with, and caring about my car and how it's handling and running. He gave me some issues that are not immediate but can be taken care of when I bring it in aga caring about my car and how it's handling and running. Mr Bishop met us before opening and set up for our service appointment. After he caught up with those who arrived early. He came to the lounge and make coffee. After the service was finished (very timely) he helped us register for the free June 10 car contest and gave the Chapman vendor code to On star for us. He came prepared with the vendor code written for quick implementation, few organizations are this prepared, It really blew me away. This was my second visit for service and I can hardy wait to see how you out do yourselves. Please express my appreciation to your staff. p.s. This was my first visit to Chapman Chevrolet to have my Saturn serviced. My only disappointment is when I made the appointment, I was led to believe that it would not take very long to perform the service Saturn serviced. When I dropped the vehicle I was now told it would take almost two hours. I accepted that and had someone pick me up and run a couple of errands. I came back two hours later and ended up waiting another hour and a half to get my vehicle. In fact, until I came back and inquired I don't think anyone had even started the computer program that needed to be ran. My time is just as valuable as everyone elses. I did this on my day off not realizing that it was going to take a half day for completion. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:15 am. One of the mailings I had received, indicated there were Saturn trained associates that would have my oil change and vehicle inspection completed in 15 minutes. I realize the computer programming might take a little longer, but then again, on the phone I was reassured that it would only take a few minutes! More
Jim Hufnagel was extremely helpful as always when I brought my 2006 Isuzu NPR in for an oil change. Jim reviewed my service record when I told him that the truck was running rough at times. He inform brought my 2006 Isuzu NPR in for an oil change. Jim reviewed my service record when I told him that the truck was running rough at times. He informed me that the truck was scheduled for a valve adjustment that would improve gas mileage, efficiency and should eliminate the rough idle. Being a small business owner, I was hesitant because of price. Jim took the time to go over all of the other inspection points done by the mechanic and assured me that this service was work the cost and I would see the benefit right away. It was around 1:30pm when he called and I asked him if the service could be completed the same day since I had a busy next couple of days with trips to Sierra Vista and Tuba City for the truck. He said that would not be a problem. He called me by 4pm to pick up my truck. Once I left Chapman Chevrolet, I could notice immediately that the truck was running much better. The next day at 5am, I started the truck when it was still cool and was very pleased that it did not run rough at all. The truck handled both trips extremely well over the next 2 days without any problems. I will continue to bring my truck to Jim and Chapman Chevrolet because of this type of service. More
this is one of best dealersips we've dealt with in many years from the time you walk in until you drive off the lot, you feel like you are respected and taken care of by everyone you come in contact. patti years from the time you walk in until you drive off the lot, you feel like you are respected and taken care of by everyone you come in contact. pattie and crew on the line are helpful, explain anything you don't understand, answer any questions no matter how many times they've heard the same one time and again. they seem to love their jobs and the customers, i recommend the dealership to anyone needing a car and or service. you feel safe knowing they check everything for you and can feel secure when you drive off the lot. and the coffe's pretty good too. I came in for an oil change and lube. They checked the cabin filter and recommended that I change it, which I did. The car was washed and cleaned inside. I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The only issue I had with them was that I was under the impression that my repairs were only going to take a couple of hou friendly and very helpful. The only issue I had with them was that I was under the impression that my repairs were only going to take a couple of hours and my car ended up not being done for 7 hours. They were nice enough to get me a shuttle home and back when my car was done (I had a small child with me)so even though my day had not gone as planned I was still very happy with the repairs that were done. The work on my truck was completed quickly and everything was done right. No one attempted to up-sell me a ton of stuff or offer services that weren't necessary.
