Chapman Chevrolet is awesome. I was there on tuesday to purchase a new Tahoe LTZ from Victoria who really went above and beyond as did everyone involved. It is a shame that even though i have brought my car back to you for the same situation 2 times, have had prolonged waiting times due to the un-effiency of the service department and their lack of understand to you for the same situation 2 times, have had prolonged waiting times due to the un-effiency of the service department and their lack of understanding, and ability to order correct parts not one, twice but 3 times I have had the car in their service department. There is always a waiting period due to lack of being thourough. Purchased a used are and paperwork was fast but after finishing paperwork found out car had to be safety checked. After waiting an hour and a half then waited another hour and a half for the detail shop finishing paperwork found out car had to be safety checked. I found my visit to be very pleasant and enjoyable in very respect. The only reason I gave a "good" rating to quality of work was because a hose was knocked off and after I left my check engine light ca very respect. My experience with the service department was great until my car was brought out. I dropped it off on Sat and told them I would return for the pick up of it on Friday am. I was assured the work would be comp my car was brought out. I dropped it off on Sat and told them I would return for the pick up of it on Friday am. I was assured the work would be complete and that they would wait to wash it until Friday am. When my car was presented to me it was filthy. It had rained the day before. The gentleman who brought it to me apoligized and stated it cost him nine (9) dollars to wash a car. I guess the look on my face was enough to prompt him to ask if I wanted it rewashed. There is no reason a car should ever be presented to an owner dirty and I don't care how much it cost for them to rewash it. Operating costs should never be discussed with customers. More
