I received an email from your dealership informing me that I could get an oil change through you and be in and out of the dealership in 29 minutes or less. The service itself was satisfying, however, it that I could get an oil change through you and be in and out of the dealership in 29 minutes or less. The service itself was satisfying, however, it took 70 minutes to change the oil. Had I known it would have taken this long I wouldn't have attempted to do it during my lunch break which I ended up being back an hour late due to the time it took. I don't mind waiting for service but I would suggest if getting something complete in 29 minutes or less is obviously impossible, do not advertise it so people like myself are inconvenienced. More

Excellent customer service. There were numerous symptoms with my car but they ultimately identified the single cause of all of them. The radio in my camaro went out. I made three trips back to the service department. Eric was very honest in what was going on and shared his frustration that it was not fixed each time. I know that there are losts of people who would have lost patience but because of his honesty I could deal with the delay. I rated your service excellent for this. I came to pick up my truck from auto body repair, and several details were not finished. There was loose molding rubber on the hood and a missing hood clip. We would have to say that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Raheem was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and answered every question we had. Not only did I lower my car payment, which was my main motivation, I got a greener vehicle with better safety features. Josh in finance was a real pleasure to deal with.
