I came in two times for some warranty issues and both times I had great service! The faility to wait in (although I don't usually have the spare time) is clean and comfortable. I am never taking my car here again... I had to call customer care to get it fixed, only to notice they cut my window molding when re-tinting the window and got glue from one side of my door sill to the customer care to get it fixed, only to notice they cut my window molding when re-tinting the window and got glue from one side of my door sill to the other. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I trust my car to them again and I will be calling the Customer Care line again! Sloppy workmanship and they Obviously do not care about the vehicles they work on. I was called at 10:30 am car was ready, the protective coating was not done, he forgot, I brought the vehicle in this morning, was promised a 2011 loaner, Got there at 7 waited to 8 and was shuffled off w/enterprise for a crapy rental, I have now wasted 2 days off, because the service tech did not listen, I work her and dont expect to waste 2 day of my time, If Enteriprize charges me for gas I will be even more pissed than I already am. More

I appreciate the Chapman customer service that is provided in a friendly comfortable atmosphere inclusive of a respectful and warm personable staff. If I could financially afford too, I would immediately purchase the new 2011 Cruze for my young adult daughter as well as a new 2011 Malibu to replace my recently purchased 2010 Colbolt, for my self. That's how much I appreciate the service and embrace the product that Chevrolet is now putting on the road. These two vehicles should be a barter-trade-off for me doing some TV commercial spots for Chapman Chevrolet...I would be great! More
I would recommend this dealership for excellent customer service, but would also hesitate to recommend it for the very significant discrepancy in problems noted in the reports given to me at my last service service, but would also hesitate to recommend it for the very significant discrepancy in problems noted in the reports given to me at my last service as compared to my most recent service. Should I jave acted on the former, I would have unnecessarily spent hundreds of dollars for service that was not actually needed as evidenced by the most recent report given to me. More
