My wife and I had a leased Malibu 3 years ago that was due to be returned. Brian Young phoned us to advise us of a "Special" offering from Ally Financial that would allow us to return the vehicle 3 months due to be returned. This Malibu was the 6th vehicle we have leased from GM over the years. Honestly, Brian Young blatantly was untruthful to us about honoring the deal offered to us by the Company. After talking and looking at new cars for almost 2 hours, he finally said "let me be honest with you"! Of course what ultimately he was offering in no way matched the nationally advertised lease price. What a shame as we have been faithful GM customers. We have since leased a Honda CRV at a dealer nearby. More

I was impressed and thankfull that your dealership honoured a refix for a prior warranty repair due to a manufacturing defect in the back right door molding on our 07 Mali. It was asafety issue as the door was hard to close for my children. Eric worked that out, and that was great. I was realy shocked. The Repair prices charges at your dealership are astronomical. I guess this is the case accross most dealerships, passing that high overhead to customers. Having perchesed several new Chevy's over the years I always enjoyed being able to bring my car back to the dealer for expert service but that service is coming at to high a price:>$550.00 for a fuel sensor replacement (this is a part that should not fail on such a new car which has me realy question Chevy quality) and a quote for >$890+ for a bumper skin replacement. One suggestion. Stock some lower priced vehicles such as Malibu base models. We purchesed our last Chevy in 07,A malibu @17k nicely equiped out the door. While at your facility my wife and I walked over to the showroom, and took a strole around the new car lot and we couldnt find a malibu under $26K, and Cruz <$17. I know when we purchased our Mali in 07 there were higher priced models but the dealer also had several base/mid models in our price range. I was at your facility back in Jan and I know saw 2010 Impala's for $18K. I should have got the Impala then :) Thank you. I regret purchasing my car from another Chevy dealership. After the purchase of my Camaro, the tire pressure was low. The tires were filled with nitrogen from the dealer. I took my car to the other dealership and I was told that they didn't have a nitrogen generator and I should take it to Discount and pay $50 for the nitrogen. I contacted your dealership and they have filled my tires, FOR FREE, ever since. I stopped even trying to go to the other dealership and taken my car to Chapman for service twice now. Both visits were fast and friendly. The price has been very reasonable which is a nice change as well. I will continue to bring by car to Chapman for service and when the time comes to buy a new Camaro, I will certainly look to Chapman. I am also asked often for advice on purchasing or service from friends. I am always very detailed about what I tell them. I have told four people since yesterday about my service appointment yesterday and how positive it was. I will continue to do so. Thanks for making my day yesterday. Scott LeComte More
I brought my Saturn Vue in for service due to gas fumes. Eric Erskine helped me thru the process of checking in and getting my car serviced. This guy really knows his stuff. I used the shuttle service for the first time, and Bob, the driver was charming and professional. I would definately use this service again. I want you to know that I used to receive excellent service from my Saturn Dealership. (Tempe Autoplex) But since Saturn is no longer a company, I was referred to Chapman Chevrolet for all my future service needs. I have been to your facility a few times now for various service needs. Each and every time I was treated very well and received the best service ever. Thank you for maintaining my Saturn. I was impressed with my car at the test drive and I have loved it ever since. I had made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The appointment was made for 0900. My husband arrived at 0845 and did not leave the lot until 1215. When he had inquired about the car's services, he was given the run around and told to go back into the waiting room. Once the car was finally completed, the man gave him the keys; there was no follow up or paperwork to discuss the services rendered. Aside from the disrgard for the appointment, the customer service was terrible!!! I will find another dealership to service my vehcile. More
I spoke with Dave Herrmann regarding the nature of my service request prior to scheduling an appointment. He was very helpful and provided some great insight as to why I should bring the vehicle in for a service request prior to scheduling an appointment. Dave made me feel confident that by bringing in my vehicle to Chapman, they would be able to diagnose and provide a quote for my problems. He spoke of the investment Chapman made in tools and equipment in order to properly service my Saturn. Additionally, he passed my name on to a Service Tech who immediately returned my call. More

As always, Jim realizes the importance of swift service for our delivery truck. I've never had to wait to get the vehicle in, and once it's there, I couldn't ask for quicker turn around.
