Right now I am receiving free oil changes, tire rotations and inspection because I started bringing in my Saturn after the Saturn dealership closed. I appreciate this cost savings as my family has a very mod and inspection because I started bringing in my Saturn after the Saturn dealership closed. I appreciate this cost savings as my family has a very modest income and we need to save whenever we can, especially in this bad economy. I appreciate that you have a seperate playroom for people who need to bring their children. It really helps me to keep an eye on my kids and not have to chase them to keep them from bothering others. The kids have fun playing. I could not figure out how to get the TV/VCR to work and the receptionist tried to help me. When she couldn't get it to work she found someone else who could. I appreciate them helping me with this. That way we were able to watch a movie while we waited. My girls are 5 and 2 years old so they can be a handful. We also enjoy the food and beverages available to us while we are there. The kids like to come with me because they get donuts and popcorn. I enjoy the coffee as well. It is nice for my husband, a stay-at-home dad, to get a couple hours off from taking care of the kids while I bring them with me to get the car worked on. Thanks so much for making getting an oil change such a pleasant experience!! More
My appointment for an oil change was at 10 am. I left Chapman at 12:10 pm after my service and complementary car wash were completed. Compared to my past experience with service at Saturn of Tempe, that Chapman at 12:10 pm after my service and complementary car wash were completed. Adam was very helpful and understanding of my frustration with my vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything on my vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction. When I entered the service depar with my vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything on my vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction. When I entered the service department I had no idea that he would take the time to ask me about EVERYTHING that I wanted to have fixed on my vehicle even if I thought that there would be no way that it all would be taken care of under my extended warranty. To my surprise, everything was fixed and covered under the warranty. Thank you so much for a job well done! More
My friend and I arrived at 9:30 am & checked in with Adam on Monday July 11th. Adam informed me it would take about an hour and twenty minutes & also to do a free wash. We proceeded into the lounge to Adam on Monday July 11th. Adam informed me it would take about an hour and twenty minutes & also to do a free wash. We proceeded into the lounge to await completion of work on my car. Okay, 11:00 o'clock came and went without any word from Adam. At about 11:15 I inquired at the cashier desk as to the status of my car. She made a phone call and said that since my car was taking longer than expected, did I still want the car wash. I told her to forget the car wash. So around 11:30 I now asked the cashier what time did Adam say my car was to be ready. She was not very friendly and said "he did not give me an exact minute". Okay, I don't need an exact minute, just a time-frame. My car arrived out front and I checked out at 11:51 am! Adam never once updated me on the status of my car or anything about the car. He never came and talked with me at all, even when the car was ready. It says on my receipt that a world class inspection was performed and that the customer was advised of results. No one ever talked to me about my car, much less explain anything to me. More
This visit was another excellent service experience. The service/repair work corrected the both problems and was completed on a timely basis. We have three older GM vehicles (1989, 1997, and 2000) all of which Chapman has repaired/service multiple times which have all been great experiences. More
From the time I walked into your dealership the first time to gather information about the Camaro, I was treated exceptionally. Syed was patient, answered all my questions even I told him I was just gathering information and wasn't planning to make a purchase for a few months. He made me feel very confortable. Before I left, I was wandering around the showroom, and fellow customer came up to me and we chatted about Chevy's and Syed. He had purchased 6 vehicles over the years from Syed and told me how great he is to work with. SO SO true. I've been a "Chevy Guy" since my 1970 SS396 back in the mid '70s and because of Syed, my love for Chevrolet has been renewed. Well done, A+++++ Rich Iovino More
