The next thing that happened is your company never had any models in stock that I was interested in fact there was only 2 available and they were not for sale until your shipment came in and then the game playing started by receiving phone calls every day with your sales crew trying to get me to come in and buy something other than what I was looking for and the Cruz cars were on order and due any day…..Interesting that that very next day when the limited time for over the price of KBB trade in was over is when the Cruz cars came in. I still kept getting calls after that but the trade in deal was over. Your crew blew a new sale….I bought a Honda Now this time your company sends me a letter claiming the 2008 Silverado 2500HD vehicle I purchased new from Chapman was in high demand and to quote your own letter “We are prepared to pay top dollar” I called in and spoke to Mark Pace and explained I wanted to sell my Truck out right and wanted no game playing…I lost My job recently and could not keep the Truck. I showed up yesterday 70-31-2013 and the standard game playing started with a person who had no say so in any of the negations was taking down the necessary info and then started to ask “what do you want for it?” It was then quickly inspected by another person and then the offer was given… $19,000 was offered….Are you kidding me? This is top dollar offered? The truck is virtually brand new and would be a perfect offer to any customer looking for that truck as your letter also suggested. KBB trade in has it at 26,000 More

I was then driving around an old ford that was about to go out and already had another car that wasn't as road friendly as I liked anymore so I thought I would start shopping around to see whats out there. go out and already had another car that wasn't as road friendly as I liked anymore so I thought I would start shopping around to see whats out there. I had some friends that recommended me to Chapman so I thought I would go browse and see what they had. I don't have amazing credit nor did I have a large down payment but all said and done they were able to work with what I had, accepted my trade ins and was able to work with my monthly budget. I was so surprised with the level of dedication and customer service the staff had. I really thought I was going to be either given the boot or try to be sold something I didn't want. They did exactly the opposite. They went to the end of the world to get my approved at a great rate and send me home with the exact car and payments that I wanted. Amazing! More
