I have never experienced a more awesome Salesman as Zenon! He is a very honesty caring down-to-earth person who will go the extra mile to help you. This was my first time buying a car on my own. As a single woman many others would have taken advantage of the situation. I first visited Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe to look at a 2011 used Corvette Convertible. I initially asked for Mark Pace and was then referred to Keith Darden. Keith showed me the car in question and we went for a test drive. Keith suggested that I drive it like I owned it, which was a very prophetic statement. He was sufficiently knowledge regarding the vehicle and I returned later so that my wife could see it. I made a rather low offer for the vehicle, which was submitted to the Sale Manager. That offer was not accepted, so I returned home to look at further options. I returned with a higher offer, and was countered by a higher one which turned out to be acceptable. I returned to the dealership on November 15, 2011 to complete the purchase. Keith was very amiable, took sufficient time to initialize the paper work, and did a great job making sure the car was in like-new condition for delivery. The Finance Manager, as well as other staff members, were cordial, knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. I was introduced to one of the Service Managers who answered some of my questions. Before leaving I was gifted a Corvette cap, the crowning achievement to purchasing my dream car. I found my overall experience with Chapman Chevrolet to be very rewarding. I plan to have my car serviced there in the future. More

He explained why he worked at Chapman, the differences between their dealership and others, and was extremely knowledgable about the car we had chosen. (A Chevrolet Sonic). He pointed out the various differences betweent he models and genuinely wanted us to be comfortable with our choice. When it came time to "crunch the numbers" everyone was very helpful, there was no pressure to buy, it was overall a very satisfying exchange. When the time came to meet with the finance person, we met Wayne Thibault and he displayed the same sincerity as Keith.. Wayne was very thorough in his explanations and happy to answer any questions we had. The entire process was only about an hour and a half, and Keith was involved the entire time, waited for us to finish with the financing and when we had a few moments to wait while Wayne finished up, Keith was quick to walk us through our new vehicle, explaining all of the features and making sure we knew how everything worked before we drove off the lot. They stayed open late to get it done and no one complained or made us feel as if we were rushed or inconveniencing them. All in all, the best car buying experience we've had. A++++ Here it is three days later and I am even more pleased with Chapman Chevrolet. Not only did Wayne call us to let us know that our final approval had come in and our documents were ready to sign, but he was able to shop around our loan and get us a lower rate.Our monthly payment was actually reduced by $34.00 per month! We were in and out in only 15 minutes, papers were prepared and ready for our signatures. Next time I need a car, or someone I know is looking, this will be the place to go.
