Came into Chapman after finding the vehicle i wanted online, i drove three hours for this one car, i get to the dealership and im not there 10 minutes and the car i came for sold to some other guy.... You would think this would be cause for a bad review but actually this was one of the better times i have had at a dealership. After the long drive and watching some other guy get into the car i wanted, the salesman Jordan Smith walked me literally all over the lot showing me every vehicle i showed any interest in, he retrieved the keys to several vehicles just to open them up and sell me on the options, we walked around and he showed me every car on the lot asking about what i was looking for in a new car, if there was any special features i was looking for, very good salesman... I ended up not buying a vehicle from these guys but it was a credit issue and they were very friendly about explaining why the deal did not get threw. Even tho i was turned down by this dealership i would totally recommend them, great customer service and smiles all around, the employees looked like they enjoyed there jobs and it showed with all the happy faces. Flat out if you need to buy a new or used car this is a great place to look. More

Keith and the whole crew were super in helping us to be able to get into a vehicle despite our very poor credit. They were a lifesaver as we really needed a dependable vehicle in order for my wife to be a able to get into a vehicle despite our very poor credit. First, I have always received good service by professional people through out the years. Now, why I am dis-satisfied... The decision has been made to discontinue the oil change "for life" VIP professional people through out the years. Now, why I am dis-satisfied... The decision has been made to discontinue the oil change "for life" VIP card. This card allowed oil changes at the price of $49.99 for my diesel truck. I was informed yesterday that the "for life" oil change VIP cards are discontinued starting 2014. This card was "given" to me when I purchase a Duramax diesel several years ago. Apparently "for life" does not mean the same thing to Chapman as it does for me. Integrity at all levels of the company is important to me. More

Amazing friendliness, came from freeway chevrolet and noticed a difference of excitement to see us vs freeway cehvy employees being non-friendly. Bought a 2014 camaro from Chapman and it felt right.
