People say buying a car can be a "stressful", and "unpleasant". My experience buying a car at Chapman Chevy was just the opposite. Soon after this news was passed to us, Keith was able to find a better car for the money almost immediately. After the test drive, we worked out a reasonable deal within 30 minutes and I was out the door with my new car the same night. This is how easy it should be to buy a car, a salesperson should understand their customers desires and be willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs, this is what Kieth did for me. Jordan was phenomenal to work with. While I completely dislike the car buying process as a whole, Jordan was very accessible, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, Jordan understood our needs (9.5 months pregnant!) and expedited every step as much as he could, communicated with us the whole time and made us as comfortable as possible! I came in for a oil change and checkup. Over the phone when making the appointment he tells me that the tuneup would run me $350. We come in at 7am. 1st they tell me that it is going to take half a day to when making the appointment he tells me that the tuneup would run me $350. We come in at 7am. 1st they tell me that it is going to take half a day to look at the car once I told him I was going to be waiting he said that they will get me in right away. So I wait the service agent comes tell me about 1.5 hrs later and tells me that the tune up is going to run about $600 dollars. We told him we are not going to pay for that just to proceed with the oil change another 1.5 hrs later I finally get my truck back. I take the truck down the road to another dealership and the tune up was $150 cheaper. Also when they complete the oil change they didn't check the air filter which was completely black or checking any other fluids to make sure they were at the correct levels. I have never had this problem with the service agent Erik. Man I wish he still worked there. Will not be back for anything. My next Tahoe will be bought from another dealership. More
