My partner and I have been researching the Chevy SS for a few months now. We were excited that the first few cars hit the dealership. We were talking with Jordan, Bryce and Matt about the cars and we were im few months now. We were excited that the first few cars hit the dealership. We were talking with Jordan, Bryce and Matt about the cars and we were impressed they did their homework. We are all car guru's and from the articles we read this was definitely the vehicle for us. My partner and I have purchased many cars together in the past. We pay attention to details from the moment we drive on to the lot. Every dealership has their unique culture in dealing with customers. Personally I have always loved dealing with the higher end car dealerships such as Lexus, Infinity, Mercedes. From our personal experience historically the treatment from other dealerships with lower end cars did not treat the customers making them feel valued. This was not the case with Chapman Chevrolet. The 2 sales personnel along with the Sales Manager displayed excellent professionalism, courtesy, respect and the negotiation process was felt enjoyable and agreeable rather than the latter. They restored my faith in the Chevy Dealership from prior experiences. My partner and I will definitely consider Chapman Chevrolet for our future purchases. We Couldn't be happier with both product and service. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the finance manager Dave Verrone. He was easy to work with and very professional and knowledgeable about the financing and warranty coverage and had a talent for explaining them in a fashion for clear understanding. We both felt that he was genuine and honest and we enjoyed our time spent with him as well as the above mentioned in Sales. Thanks again for treating us well. We have already recommended Chapman Chevrolet to our neighbor, co-workers and friends and family. More
People say buying a car can be a "stressful", and "unpleasant". My experience buying a car at Chapman Chevy was just the opposite. My salesperson,Kieth, went to battle for me when I found out the car i was hoping to purchase initially was recently sold. Soon after this news was passed to us, Keith was able to find a better car for the money almost immediately. After the test drive, we worked out a reasonable deal within 30 minutes and I was out the door with my new car the same night. This is how easy it should be to buy a car, a salesperson should understand their customers desires and be willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs, this is what Kieth did for me. I appreciate his hard work and his willingness to get the job done. I also appreciate the hard work of all of the staff involved with my purchase, great job Chapman. More
We just purchased our 2nd and 3rd vehicle at this dealership and we will definitely come back for any other vehicles we purchase. The sales staff is wonderful, the finance department is super helpful dealership and we will definitely come back for any other vehicles we purchase. Jordan was phenomenal to work with. While I completely dislike the car buying process as a whole, Jordan was very accessible, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process still took quite a bit of time, but that's the nature of buying a car and the approval structure for pricing (direct sales contact/sales manager review/approval, back to direct sales contact). However, Jordan understood our needs (9.5 months pregnant!) and expedited every step as much as he could, communicated with us the whole time and made us as comfortable as possible! He was really great!! He even came in on his day off (I'm so sorry Jordan!) to facilitate our availability to ensure the sale happened! More

He demonstrated extraordinary patience and determination during the deal negotiation process, When we drove away, we had a good understanding of the vehicle and it's new to us technologies, and felt that we had been treated fairly by the folk's at Chapman. We feel confident that we can expect the same high standards of customer service and professionalism to extend to the service department in our future maintenance visits. I came in for a oil change and checkup. Over the phone when making the appointment he tells me that the tuneup would run me $350. We come in at 7am. 1st they tell me that it is going to take half a day to when making the appointment he tells me that the tuneup would run me $350. We come in at 7am. 1st they tell me that it is going to take half a day to look at the car once I told him I was going to be waiting he said that they will get me in right away. So I wait the service agent comes tell me about 1.5 hrs later and tells me that the tune up is going to run about $600 dollars. We told him we are not going to pay for that just to proceed with the oil change another 1.5 hrs later I finally get my truck back. I take the truck down the road to another dealership and the tune up was $150 cheaper. Also when they complete the oil change they didn't check the air filter which was completely black or checking any other fluids to make sure they were at the correct levels. I have never had this problem with the service agent Erik. Man I wish he still worked there. Will not be back for anything. My next Tahoe will be bought from another dealership. More
