We came in originally looking at a pre-owned vehicle with a third row seat because we needed the space. Bill "Van" Skyhock was our salesman and was extremely professional and patient. He took the time to explain all of our options and showed us a new Traverse LTZ. We weren't originally keen on the Traverse but Bill was diligent in showing us the features and benefits over the Tahoe (gas mileage and more cargo space). We loved the Traverse and the finance team went to work. We were trading a car with some negative equity, Tyler May and George Salmon did an outstanding job working with the banks to make it happen. I'd recommend Chapman Chevrolet to anyone looking to be treated fairly, and need all the options explained to you. You won't find a better salesman than Bill who doesn't fluff you or try and shove you in the first car you see. He takes the time to understand his customers needs and match them to the right car. Chapman Chevrolet didn't treat us as if they were trying to make a sale, they treated us with the approach of what ever needs to be done to have a completely satisfied customer. More

Since I first met Bryce McCutcheon my experiences in dealing with him have always been reflective of the upmost courtesy and professionalism. His service skills are unique in that manner and go above and beyond any experience I have ever had with Chapman or any dealer for that matter. As long as Chapman continues to employ individuals like Bryce, I will remain a loyal customer to Chapman for all my vehicular needs. This was my first experience in working with Len Bishop and like Bryce his willingness and ability to individualize based on my personal needs resulted in a successful and pleasant experience with your service department and dealership. I have decided that these 2 individuals will continue to be my personal contacts in meeting my needs whether they be to purchase a new vehicle or in servicing the one I presently own. Chapman Chevy was awesome, especially Bill Van Skyhock and David Smith. These two men went above and beyond to make sure we got the right car and deal for us! David Smith worked with my husband and did alot of foot work over the phone since the dealer was so far from us. But once we were able to go down to the dealer Bill Van Skyhock was amazing! We have horrible credit from many years ago but we were treated as if we had the cash to buy any car on the lot! Bill was very honest, hospitable and concerned with our needs. He was not just trying to make a sale he worked and fought to get us into the right car for the right price! We are so thankful that Chapman took a chance to do business with us, sometimes us as people need second chances but that is not always how it ends up working. But with Chapman they will not be sorry they gave us a second chance! Thank you to Chapman for making our buying experience smooth and totally comfortable with no pressure or persuading!! I brought my daughter to Chapman in hopes of giving her a new beginning. She had just gotten out of a bad relationship that left her with a broken heart, in financial ruins, and with little faith in mankind. new beginning. My wife and I did our part by bringing her back home and encouraging her that life would get better but the true doctor in this case of a broken heart was our salesman Bill Van Skyhock. Our daughter is once again the extremely happy go lucky girl that we have been missing. I cannot express how much we are thankful for Bill's personal touch in trying to get her into a car. He went up and beyond from what we already knew was great customer service from Chapman. Our daughter absolutely loves the Cobalt she purchased. She is so proud to drive it! She has regained a sense of pride and has a new found ambition to succeed now. One might say "all this from just buying a car?" And my answer would be it was more than just buying a car for her. It was the personal attention to details and the way Bill treated her. She felt as important a car buyer as someone who had a 800+ credit score and unlimited cash. All because Bill cared! We cannot express our gratitude enough. Not only did she get a great and safe car that is well within her budget, she has regained confidence that there still are good people out there willing to work hard for others regardless of their circumstances. It was a pleasure to have Bill as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed genuine interest in helping her out but most importantly he is an outstanding individual. I originally went to Champan for a new 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I went on a Friday and I wasn't at that time able to get the vehicle I originally wanted and I worked with a different salesperson. The person I worked with on Friday didn't explain all of my options of other choices I might have around the payment I was looking for. I left Chapman not happy because I had spoke with a customer service person who explained things differently then what I was told when I actually arrived to Chapman. Well Saturday after I did more thinking I went back to Chapman and I actually spoke with Keith Darden. I am pleased with the experience I had with Keith. Keith was very professional and very nice. Keith didn't try to push any vehicles on me and he simply listened to what I had to say and the price range I was looking for. Keith showed me a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox that had just over 15,000 miles. I was actually surprised at how great the condition of the body and interior was. I figured with a 2010 model it might not be exactly what I wanted. The 2010 model even though a different color actually ended up being a better option than the 2014 I had originally wanted. The 2010 came with a luggage rack, a back up camera, power driver seat, and an automatic start.Keith was a great salesperson. I then went I spoke with Wayne Wm Thibault who is a Finance Manager. Wayne was very patient and explained everything clearly. My payment did go up a little because I had some negative equity and I purchased GAP insurance, but I like the fact Wayne didn't push to try and sell me anything extra. I highly recommend if you go to chapman to work with Keith as your salesperson, he is respectful and not pushy at all. When you are making such a big purchase you want to be able to take your time and not be rushed in your decison. More

Bob spent several hours with me finding the right car that would meet all my needs financially and safety wise for me and my family. I came in with a lot of demands including a high value for my trade in. Bob and one of the guys from the finance team (Matthew I believe...?) made the process as streamlined and easy as possible. They showed me a graph that gave me payment ranges for several different down payment/term options. After the sale i returned the next day to discuss my down payment and Bob spent about an hour or so with me waling through all the features of my new car and how to use them. Honestly I didn't expect the same Bob from the night before now that the sale had already been made and now I am just wasting his time with a vehicle walk-through... not the case at all. Bob was just as pleasant and extremely helpful! Wayne, one of the finance managers was amazing as well. He told me he had several years in the industry and it really showed. Wayne had to re-print my paperwork several times because of the way we arranged my down payment. Never did I feel like a burden to him or his time. He happily sat and talked with me about my past jobs, his experience and life in general. Wayne was a very pleasant man to talk with as he made me feel like I was just chatting with a friend and not sitting in a finance office at a dealership. Overall the agent I chatted online with, Bob, Matthew and Wayne were all great. I would highly recommend Chapman Chevy but also the team of Bob, Matthew and Wayne. My partner and I have been researching the Chevy SS for a few months now. We were excited that the first few cars hit the dealership. We were talking with Jordan, Bryce and Matt about the cars and we were impressed they did their homework. We are all car guru's and from the articles we read this was definitely the vehicle for us. My partner and I have purchased many cars together in the past. We pay attention to details from the moment we drive on to the lot. Every dealership has their unique culture in dealing with customers. Personally I have always loved dealing with the higher end car dealerships such as Lexus, Infinity, Mercedes. From our personal experience historically the treatment from other dealerships with lower end cars did not treat the customers making them feel valued. This was not the case with Chapman Chevrolet. The 2 sales personnel along with the Sales Manager displayed excellent professionalism, courtesy, respect and the negotiation process was felt enjoyable and agreeable rather than the latter. They restored my faith in the Chevy Dealership from prior experiences. My partner and I will definitely consider Chapman Chevrolet for our future purchases. We Couldn't be happier with both product and service. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the finance manager Dave Verrone. He was easy to work with and very professional and knowledgeable about the financing and warranty coverage and had a talent for explaining them in a fashion for clear understanding. We both felt that he was genuine and honest and we enjoyed our time spent with him as well as the above mentioned in Sales. Thanks again for treating us well.
