The moment I appeared lost but exited a nice gentleman name Keith Darden approach to assist me. I was lost with my search looking for the car I was in search. Keith help me find the car I was looking for. Keith welcome me with a warm greetings applying he will do anything to help me drive with the car of my search. Keith character was professional and proficient. He was the first sales man that i came across to take care of my needs in a faster performance. I was so happy to drive out with my new Chrysler 300, an for the most part heading out of town in my new ride. More

I do not even know where to start with this review. This place is just an absolute mess and a bunch of liars. They purposefully waited until Chevy had sent me the survey on their service to call me in to place is just an absolute mess and a bunch of liars. They purposefully waited until Chevy had sent me the survey on their service to call me in to sign a new contract. When I initially signed the contract they tried to lie about the price that we had negotiated. Then they changed it after I refused to sign. When they called me back in, they told me I was not eligible for financing unless I gave up my rebate. This was obviously a lie and they were just saying that because they were upset that they sold the car at such a low price. Matt in their finance department is incompetent and not trained properly to do his job. I don't care if he is new in that department, you don't put someone in a position to deal with the public and answer their questions until they are trained properly. George Salman will lie right to your face even though you signed what amounts to a legal contract. At this point, I am just praying that they did something wrong and the deal falls through. If you are self employed, avoid this dealer like the PLAGUE as they do not know how to handle your situation correctly. I will update and let people know the outcome on this one, but based on several recent bad reviews I am not expecting much. I am also sending a complaint to Chevrolet Corporate. More
