We weren't even sure we were going to buy the used 2006 Honda they had, but Keith was very personable on the phone, helpful & friendly. Well, what could have been a typical dealership experience was made pleasant and easy, the test drive cinched the deal as we fell in love with a great car, and Keith was forthcoming with all important info on the car. We are extremely pleased with the extra mile Keith went, and pleased as punch with our "new" 2006 Honda. Tyler May (finance) was super nice & most helpful, explaining everything that we needed to know there as well. Thank you! More

Great Team Collabiration I found out about Chapman on the Internet. I was wanting to trade in my 2014 Silverado for a 2015. So I called and made an appointment. I showed up at 14:00 and met Bill and he already had the vehicle I wanted to look at ready to test drive. Me being from Oklahoma and Bill from Texas we got along very well. I drove the vehicle and was very pleased. we went in set down and we worked out the numbers. Jim Mays worked with Bill and myself to get everything approved. Tom Vaughn-Johnson then called me in to sign a small forest worth of paperwork and by 17:30 I was on the road. This team worked very efficiently together to accommodate me, they were pleasant, professional, and courteous. I would recommend Chapman Chevrolet and especially this team to deal with for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Such a shame I have been going to this service department for 10 years due to prior good service and honest pricing. I took my wife's van in for a brake job and w I have been going to this service department for 10 years due to prior good service and honest pricing. I took my wife's van in for a brake job and was quoted $550 to replace the front rotors and turn the rear drums. Several things stood out to me during this quote by Ken: - The service manager, Jeff, dismissed my concerns, did not offer to help explain things, and referred me to the service writer. I got the feeling he could not care less. - A prior front brake job that included replacing a rotor was only $475 - Could not explain the full quote price - $150 to turn rotors, O'Reilys does this for less than $10 bucks a piece, huge dealer mark-up - $100 shop fee. Upon probing, said this was for materials used (compressed air? brake oil??), electricity for the shop, water to wash the techs hands? (I made up this last one but you get the idea). The service adviser could not explain this, seems excessive. - $250 for parts and labor - Unknown mystery fees that could not be explained. The service adviser didn't really know what to say when called out on it. I can't help but feel that I was taken advantage of with an inflated quote that the adviser was unable to explain. I took my business to another shop down the road that I have never used before and was quoted $225 for the exact same job. I understand there is an extra costs at dealerships and have never minded before due to the honest assessments and good service, however this pricing was beyond inflated and could not be fully explained. They have lost a long-time, loyal customer but I have a feeling they could care less. More

Chapman Makes it Happen This car was my second purchase with Chapman. I learned of the TENT SALE when I called customer service to be removed from their call list and Mark Pa This car was my second purchase with Chapman. I learned of the TENT SALE when I called customer service to be removed from their call list and Mark Pace was more than happy to help, when I mentioned that I didn't want to be called unless they were offering to pay off my current vehicle, Mark lit up. He immediately dove into details about the INSANE tent sale that would be starting 4/24. He was so enthusiastic that it got me thinking about possibly purchasing a vehicle. The next day I went into the dealership to see exactly how crazy this tent sale was going to be and what they could offer. The year before they had gotten me out of an unreliable, embarrassment of a vehicle and into a dependable and respectable ride with a warranty that eased my mind (17,000 miles later it more than paid for itself.) When I walked into the dealership I was met with a warm greeting from everyone and a refreshing sense of humor from Tony. I had been told to mention that I "was a guest of customer care" Tony laughed when I said that and walked me to his office. Tony is in fleet sales and cuts to the chase. I told him what I would entertain and after collecting a bit of information, Tony was unafraid to let me know that what I REALLY wanted wasn't what I thought. The vehicle I original wanted was out of my price range and Tony didn't hesitate to respectfully make me aware of that. As opposed to turning me away, he showed me a solution in my price range and told me WHY it would work. I allowed him to make me an offer and decided I would attend the tent sale the next day. Tony said that my financing would be a bit of long shot due to my credit situation but that it was the TENT SALE and anything could happen. The tent sale was indeed a huge event. Tony told Seyd the deal he had offered me and Seyd went to work, and man can he run numbers. I watched in awe as Seyd ran multiple deals at a time, making them all work for the salesman and buyers. Seyd met my multiple refusals and changes of heart with grace and unwavering determination. Tony and I needed a very specific (and great) deal and Seyd got it. Dan Landers has been the only finance person I have worked with at Chapman and is the only person I will recommend. When my credit class wasn't what it needed to be (in both transactions) Dan went to bat for me and got me into a vehicle I could afford and rely on. Chapman Chevrolet is absolutely the best Chevy dealership in the valley and it shows. I will happy recommend anyone to the expertise that Tony, Seyd and Dan bring to Chapman Chevrolet. More
