You were very friendly, approachable, honest and up front with us from the very start, you listened to our wants and needs and didn't try to just "make a sale". We are very pleased with our Chevy Traverse. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and i'm certain this was the perfect choice. Horrible Dealership, Ive been to way better Chapman Chevrolet has been the worse dealership I have ever been too. Since we bought the car we have had problems. The first day they sit us down and Chapman Chevrolet has been the worse dealership I have ever been too. Since we bought the car we have had problems. The first day they sit us down and said how great of a deal we are getting which was a total lie, instead they went round and round with us and not listening for our price range. Then I get to test drive the car and I say this is it. and then they come back and say "oh its out of your price range." Like why show us the car if it not what we asked for. We down to buy the car and we sit there for 6 hours just to leave with the car. and the dealership kept saying "oh this is what it has on it," and then when we finally leave with the car, the car didn't have anything they said that was on it. we think they had us sitting there for so long because they were taking things off the car. Like why else would it take 6 hours to sell us a car. I brought a Chevy Spark and all I have gotten is problems. so first time taking it in I sat at CHAPMAN for 3 hours to just get an oil changed. then just 3 weeks ago I take my car in because it have MAJOR problem accelerating to the point when I'm making a left hand turn and I gave myself a 40 second distance to cross the intersection, I almost gotten hit. and I take it in to tell them and they say its ok its just does that with the AC on........IM THINK NOOOOO! That's dangerous and they said its just engine, it normal..... I say well aren't you gonna fix it and they said no just give yourself more time..... Im thinking WHAT 40 secs is more than enough to make a left. then I take it back for a recall because they said yes we have your part. I live far 45 min drive away and I bring it down and leave to go home because they said it would take till the next day. and then they call me back in an hour and say your cars ready. I drive back down and they say we didn't do the recall because we don't have the part. and Im like so you are saying I drove down here for no reason. and I say to them "what did you guys do stare at my car." then just last week I take it in because I notice oil all over the engine and I bring it down and they said its just the mechanic hands from spilling oil on the top of the engine....... I say "uhhhhhhh what your mechanics don't know how to clean up or what," and I asked for a wash and they didn't do it, none of the times they washed it when they said they would. and I got it back this last time and the pulled my bumper off. when there was nothing wrong with my car bumper. and Now my car is leaking not oil but its clear and its leaking from behind the passenger side tire and I call them and there like its not emergency you can come in Friday because we are busy this week. and I told them its leaking while drive and idle and off, it a lot of liquid....... So Im done! Im ready to get press involved if this dealership doesn't start being honest. More
