Excellent We went into Chapman Chevrolet to trade in a car that we no longer had use for, which we got a fair trade value for. We were showed around by Shelly who so kindly made us familiar with the dealership and accommodations they supplied for their customers, and then met up with Bryce. Bryce asked us a few questions to stick within our interests, showed us a couple of options, along with test driving some of them. After finding a car we liked, we got down to talking about financials. Bryce and George worked together to get it down to the value and our budget that would make this a satisfactory deal. The staff was super friendly, and made this a very comfortable experience for us. I was very pleased with the overall experience, the pricing was clear if you ask for the out the door price. Everytime I leave here I feel happy about the service I got. I purchased my car here back in December but wanted to wait until I had a chance to use the service department before reviewing. I wanted a sport pack I purchased my car here back in December but wanted to wait until I had a chance to use the service department before reviewing. I wanted a sport package in a certain color so my salesman had the one I wanted sent over for me because that color wasn't in stock. Everything was to my liking so we negotiated our deal they even offered to tint the windows at no additional cost. Bonus! I was totally happy with the deal I got. When my car got serviced I met Jeff the service manager. Totally cool guy who went out of his way to make sure every question I had was answered and never tried to pass the buck. He saw that my normal serviceman was kind of bombarded cause it was towards the end of the day so took over everything, even checking in the rental they gave me. Great job Jeff! More
