Dirty Sales tactics, and misleading finance officers I don't recall ever having it happen to me, but I have heard of it happening. I was in contact with John G, and he actually begged me to come in, and I don't recall ever having it happen to me, but I have heard of it happening. I was in contact with John G, and he actually begged me to come in, and the general Mgr, Mark LAster gave me a schpeil, almost guaranteeing me I would be able to get a new car. I had been looking for a used vehicle, and did not have a trade, and they got me in and said I could get a new one. YAY!! I went in, and met my sales consultant. A young gentleman, trying to make a living. He took my info, and my keys. The finance guy came over, and asked me abouit my car, and left to check it out. He came back, and asked me a few more question, and said they could get me 2 cars, TWO!! YIKES! We test drove a car, and then they came back with what that would cost, and what the payments would be. NOPE, not going to happen. So I asked for my keys so I could go. The managers all walked in to an office, and had a meeting. My salesman stood there with me, and I asked for my keys. He assured me they would be out in a minute. I ended up walking in to their meeting to demand my keys. They had hidden them in a drawer, and had to dig for them. I left. I got a phone call apologizing and begging me to come back. They would do whatever it takes to get me a new car. Like an idiot, we went back. We picked out a car, test drove it. Made the deal,. They took the car to prep it. Cleaned it, filled it up, got it all ready to go. They even programmed the On Star. . They came out, and said NOPE, sorry, no car. We went home with one car, and nothing They called and said they couldn't finance me. I am now driving a new car, and I am very happy. These guys are scammers. I felt sorry for the young kid trying to make a sale. He worked his xxx off. All for nothing. I would avoid these crooks at all cost, and head out to Auto Nation. Anything but Chapman More

9 out of 10 would recommend and return for future purchases I found a vehicle online and sent an interest email to Chapman. I received a professional response the same day! It wasn't just a reply to my email they actually cared about me coming down there to check out the car I had interest in. I set up a time and went on down and it only got better from there. I got to the dealership and checked out the car promptly after arriving as I had a booked time essentially. The car was nice I was able to back it up to look at and even test drove it no problem after verifying driver licenses. From there I looked for other cars to compare and negotiate the price down, but chapman simply had everyone else beat already. Once we agreed on a price we got to the paperwork. I had a disagreement on the paperwork so our salesman talked to his manager. After some time our wonderful salesman IKE got his manager to cut the cost we disagreed on in half! I was still dissatisfied with the fee so I asked to talk to the manager, George. George handled my concern and listened to what I had to say intently. He understood my claim and was able to come down to something I was happy with. George and Ike were both pleasant to work with in fact I would recommend anyone to work with them if possible. From there I agreed on my down payment and just had to finalize everything. It was a breeze thanks to Ike and George taking care of me. BONUS While I waited for them to get the final paperwork ready they gave me a full tank of gas to leave with. They even took the car off the dealership to fill it up for me as their pump shuts off at 6. I got to finalize my paperwork with Dan and he was the finance director he also treated me like a champ despite my young age. You might as well call him DISCOUNT DAN as he hooked me up with some extras at a discounted price with no negotiating. Overall I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at Chapman and would suggest anyone to look at them for cars when buying. ALSO this review is genuine from the heart after George and Ike were able to come down on pricing to make me happy. I told them after they took care of me and came down on fees I didn't agree with that I would return the favor and let everyone know how good this dealership is! 9 out of 10 would recommend and return for future purchases More

One with lots of rebates and the features that we need, but not all the fancy stuff that drives up the cost. She was so understanding, and found us the perfect vehicle for a very good price. When we didn't buy at the other dealership we returned to James blue and he helped us get the best value for our trade in and the best deal possible we could get for the new vehicles we bought. More

We weren't too sure what we wanted to do so and he had gave us a deal yo trade in my old car for a brand new one for me as well it was a great deal and it made us think but we had told him that we had another car in mind at a different dealership that we wanted to look at. He gave us his card and let us go to look at the other dealership and we told him we would call him. We came back the next day and he crunched and crunched the numbers no matter how hard it was to make us happy! We gave them a run for there money but in the end we both ended up with the cars we wanted with great service and we will remain loyal customers! More

I WENT IN THEIR WITH MY TRADE-IN AND GOT THE TRUCK THE SAME DAY BUT THE DEAL WASN'T FINAL BECAUSE OF THE BANKS BUT THAT WAS THE GOOD THING FOR ME BECAUSE AFTER AWHILE I WANTED TO CHANGE THE COLOR AND SPECS ON MY TRUCK SO WENT BACK TO DEALERSHIP AND ASKED MY SALES PERSON (JENNIFER VEGA) IF THERE IS POSSIBILITY AND SHE WENT G.M AND GEORGE (G.M) CAME TO ME VERY NICELY AND TOLD ME YES THERE IS POSSIBILITY AND HE SAID I JUST NEED SOME TIME TO WORK IT OUT, FINALLY HE FOUND THE TRUCK I WANTED, I HAD TEST DRIVE AND I LOVED IT. After we made a decision, we were turned over to Wayne Wm. Thibault. He, too, was a gem. We have used Chapman many times in the past to service our truck and have always had a positive experience. While he worked, Wayne talked to us like we were long time friends. It was a lovely experience. He explained everything in detail and did not rush us. Same with Enrique. The only negative I have is, as I walked around to think this sale through before I signed paperwork, I noticed, not one office is personalized. I saw no pictures of people, family, kids, animals, no signed memorabilia, nothing. I thought that to be very odd. We felt at home there, yet I wonder if the employees feel that way, with no personalization in the office where they work. I'd like to see that change. More
