When approved our appointment was set and after several hours of hunting for the right car, the new 2015 Sonic stood out to my daughter as the car of choice. We looked at both new and used. Keith and Bob worked with us to find something in our price range and did their best to keep it moving in the right direction. They both spent significant hours with us which we appreciated without getting impatient or distracted. End of story the vehicle we chose was 20 ft from the entrance. In the past, we have had some interesting and bad experiences with salesmen. However, he changed our perception of salesmen and set an extremely high standard for future salesmen. He asked what we were interested and we in turn told him the 2006 Nissan Murano, we saw online. There was no pressure in purchasing the vehicle or another vehicle. He was nice and professional. He immediately informed us that the car was on another lot of Chapman's and drove us to the lot. He then dropped us off at the car and he went off to get the keys. After test driving and just relaxing in it, I was hooked. Keith took us back to the first lot and we wrote up a contract to purchase the car. Afterwards we were told to wait for an available financing agent. While waiting Keith randomly checked in to see if we had been helped. When he realized we were waiting for a long while, he went out of his way to find out what was going on with the car and the financial side of things, to get things moving along. He also kept us in the loop of what was going on, every step of the way. Keith went above and beyond. Due to his outstanding performance, me and my husband plan on shopping for future cars at Chapman! More
