Doug and Mitch care about me as a customer, but more importantly...as a member of the Chapman BMW family. I will not purchase another vehicle, unless it's from Chapman...ohhhh, and while I was here for routine service, I upgraded cars!!! I went from the Red 2 series to the Black M235i.....absolutely the best! Ask for Kim in sales, she is amazing!!! This is a 5 Star Service Department. I brought in our 330i that had a random stumble on start up. Of course it did not act up for them but they did not give up checking everything they could. Finally they contacted Corporate which suggested a complete electrical update. This team never gave up and the stumble appears to be corrected. Thanks for all of your efforts in solving this issue. SMOOTH, EFFICIENT, TRANSPARENT. I traveled 2200 round trip to purchase my vehicle from Chapman. After browsing the many web sites and contacting numerous dealerships I found my best value here. When we settled on "out the door price" purchase by phone, they fully disclosed all cost involved in writing. My sales rep was Linda Daub and when I arrived car was showroom clean and ready to go. Paperwork was ready to go and orderly. Staff was friendly and quickly responded to all inquires. All functions and options fully explained. A great way to spend the morning is buying a car! More

Gary was amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel happy and satisfied with my car when picking up. He noticed the car was not clean the way he liked and took it back to buff out the bumper. PROTECT YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION – my wife and I leased a new vehicle from Chapman BWM and came to find out that Chapman BMW entered our email wrong into the system and broke several laws of privacy and prot new vehicle from Chapman BWM and came to find out that Chapman BMW entered our email wrong into the system and broke several laws of privacy and protection giving away (PII) Personally identifiable information. This can be viewed as a simple mistake which happen its how you handle this is crucial. Chapman BMW allowed and sent out via all the details that included the following which happened to be solely under my wife’s. The information that Chapmans shared was name, address, phone number, vehicle vin, make, model, etc. and worst of all this was sent to a stranger who just happened to be a male. My wife is in her 30’s works in the medical field with varying hours and I travel for work so having PII law broken from Chapmans was completely against the LAW! I mention mistakes happen however its how things are fixed, Chapmans reactions for dealing with this was “ignore” and not fix the problem. We immediately brought this to the attention of Chapmans from service both service directors Doug Attig and Doug Strodot as well as Sales which was sales manager Steve Boyd as well as several calls to escalate to Bob Colabianchi (which to restate SEVERAL calls to Bob as he did not return calls and dropped the ball). When speaking with all the above was assured this would be addressed ASAP which it was not. Through Chapman BMW unlawfully releasing and sharing PII my wife received texts, call, email from this stranger for over a month every time BMW would update, send an email, anything again sending all the PII information with these communications. This went on for roughly 2 months and eventually with a call from myself to BMW corporate relations I thought this nightmare was behind us. Over the holiday (Christmas 2020) we received a holiday card from this stranger which has cause extreme stress, worry, and safety concerns. I immediately called Chapmans and AGAIN and in true customer relations Bob Colabianchi did not return my call and left him roughly 4-5 voicemails over a couple week period. My wife during this time is now forced to look over her shoulder and at work has now had to have security walk her to and from her car as well as working in the medical field with strange hours I have woken up in the middle of the night to ensure her safety when she comes home at various hours of the evening/early morning. Bob Colabianchi never returned my calls and I then went to several calls to ask, “who is the owner” and this is serious all of which left me to multiple calls connecting with what I would consider office staff that just gave me the run around and said they will pass the message to executives/owner and again ZERO call backs from those messages. Chapman BMW broke the law, put my wife’s safety in jeopardy and could care less. I am in the process of moving and worried about registering my car as this stranger could with Chapmans mistakes have our new information as Chapman does not protect your PII. This has left me the only option of trading in my car and getting as far away from Chapmans and BMW as I possible can. This I have learned is going to cost me a negative loss over $10,000 which in no way shape or form my doing and Chapmans could care less and only solution was buy a new car at full asking price and we can hide your negative into a new car taking no accountability. Trying to work with anyone from Chapmans has been frustrating to say the least. They have a brand like BMW so the customers continue but state, city, and just being great citizens of the local community is something that Chapmans could care less about. I have tried and tried to come to a solution, but Bob Colabianchi last communication was that Chapmans does not care and does not want to take responsibility for its illegal actions so legal route is the action that a customer has to take against a large corporation. SHAME ON THEM! PLEASE buy elsewhere and protect yourself. More
