He does not waste your time and he won't tell you things to sell you a vehicle and then you find out that they were not correct like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Craig is a product expert which definitely helps the car buying experience but he's also very patient and does not make you feel pressured into doing something you do not want to do. Low Pressure and Beautiful Showroom I walked into Chapman BMW not knowing what exactly I want, when I was approached by Sammy! First I avoided him because I had just come from certifie I walked into Chapman BMW not knowing what exactly I want, when I was approached by Sammy! First I avoided him because I had just come from certified Benz and Beemer, and andy would not leave me alone. The typical dealership experience, I left right away after they told me that their car was a real BMW certified preowned, which I know it wasn't. Honesty is important to me, so Sammy was a refreshing change to dealership encounters. We walked around and he asked me a few straight to the point questions, funny enough before we knew it, we were standing in front of the exact car that I wanted, he explained how it would help me take my kids to soccer practice on time with the navigation, also how the heated seats would help when we went up to flagstaff. I don't want to rant, but I was very impressed with Sammy and his knowledge about BMW! I will be back to pick up my car after the promised tint is applied. I am more than happy with the car, but it's funny, I'm not even thinking about picking up my brand-new car, I am just thinking about how good I feel after leaving Chapman, now it make sense to me why I see so many Chapman plates on the road! Most of my time there I was being helped by Sammy Destefano, and while I'm sure that everyone that works there is great, Sammy is fantastic! There was never anytime that I felt pressured or rushed. He was extremely kind, funny, and very helpful. We took a look a few cars he gave me insight into the the different models and features. After finding and driving the one I liked most, came the part no one likes discussing financing! But once again it was a breeze, no pressure and understanding about your situation. They really try to give you the best experience/ deal, because they understand happy customers create more business. In the end I didn't purchase from Chapman but ONLY because I was looking for a pretty rare car they didn't have in stock. I will definitely be back when it comes time for my next purchase, and will probably have my car serviced there just because they made such an impression! If you're in the market for a BMW go see Sammy you won't regret it :) More

He asked a minimal amount of questions initially, and took me to exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, no pressure, very relaxed demeanor, and thorough. Walked me through the buying process without the back and forth negotiations and got me a very fair bottom line without wasting my whole afternoon!
