Joe asked me what type of car I wanted to look at and didn't tell me I needed this or I needed that, he told me, if there's a car you want to see I'll show it to you, no pressure what so ever. From the point of entry to the time of transaction, the keyword I want to reiterate for the entire experience was "seamless". As smooth and continuous as any process could get, I found the car I wanted and Joe did everything possible to make it right for the price I wanted and everything beside the price. 5 Star salesman and positive sales experience I have been in the market for a new car for a few weeks but live between Alaska and Arizona so where to purchase and house the vehicle was a factor. This time, after 'due diligence' I was leaning toward an M240i but could not find one to 'kick the tires'. Chapman, and more specifically Steve Murphy, took me under his wing for education and decision making; also a test drive of a similar BMW. Mr. Murphy was very much a cut above all the other sales men/women I dealt with in Alaska and AZ: very helpful, 'can do' attitude and depth of knowledge re cars and especially BMWs. He has a knack for understanding what your issues are and focusing discussion in those areas. Bright guy and a people person. Due to his education of me re the 'BMW experience', I now have on order a new BMW . . . unfortunately, it will be in Alaska, not AZ. Even so, Mr. Murphy was a true professional and wished me the best. My contact with him and Chapman was the best car shopping experience I can recall. More

Buying or Leasing a BMW?? TALK TO STEVE!! I needed to lease a BMW once my older model which I owned needed too much work. It was an unexpected expense and Steve made it work for me! He was NO pressure but helped me to figure out what I wanted. He asked ALL the right questions and spent plenty of time with me even though it took me two days to make a decision. I ended up looking at Cadillac which was way more expensive and in my opinion NOT as nice or prestigious as a BMW.. The deal I got with Steve was way better than ANY other BMW dealership offered. Also, he was professional the entire time, and easy to work with. Once I sent him my credit app it only took an hour before I drove off the lot with my sexy new 2017 X3. And he picked one up off the storage lot that only had 4 miles so that was super fun (my first brand spanking new car).
