We were very pleased with them being straightforward and reasonable on price there was Chapman BMW made our first experience owning a BMW a good one! We were very pleased with them being straightforward and reasonable on price there was no going back and fourth on numbers they even gave way more on our trade then we could've hoped for . I gave them four out of five stars because sammy was very great at finding what we wanted for about the price we were comfortable with. The price was better than I was expecting given average prices I was seeing online and even got an extra $1000 off the price going through BMW financial.
