He is very professional, extremely helpful, communicates very well, works in your best interest, and best of all does not pressure you at all. When we thought of buying the 2nd BMW, we immediately thought of Craig. We told him our needs, and voila, we had a car from him in 24 hours! Excellent experience. More

After the weather finally cooled off in Phoenix, my Tire Pressure monitor kept coming on. I called my regular service Adviser and he was out ill. The Service Manager, Doug answered my question and said to come in and they would take a look at it. I found out my tires were set too low and Chapman BMW took care of it right away and gave me the information needed to keep my run-flat tires set with the correct pressure for cooler weather. More

The worst experience I've ever had! I'll start by saying I love their service department. It was the reason I decided to go with them/ I was referred to a sales associate, who was helpfu I'll start by saying I love their service department. It was the reason I decided to go with them/ I was referred to a sales associate, who was helpful with my situation since I was trading two cars that I owed money on. There was some negotiation but I'm pretty laid back so I didn't push them much. They asked for 5,000 down, I had negotiated to put 3,000 down, then they got me back up to 4,000. They said they needed it to "make the deal work". I didn't mind since it was coming out of the price anyway. Things seemed to go smoothly. We signed papers, I bought gap, but nothing else, and I drove the car home to surprise my wife. I asked the loan officer I had a payment coming up and asked if I should pay. He said no, don't pay anything because it'll be paid off in 10 days and you're not late until 15-30. Sounded odd but I trusted him. When I was signing the paperwork I asked the sales guy about a service plan I purchased and if it could be refunded. He told me yes and that it wouldn't be a big deal. Come to find, they don't refund service plans at all, and won't pay any portion back if you've used any of it, even if it was just air filters. So, I was out about 2,000. As a comparison, Mercedes was happy to refund the service plan I purchased from them because it had only been a few months since I purchased it and they did it as a courtesy. You'd figure after all this xx they could at least offer a credit, which I asked for, but the manager said there was nothing they could do. Then ... I got a call the next week saying that they didn't get funding for the car because they undervalued it and would need another 1,000 or "the manager was thinking about unwinding the deal" because they were going to take a hit to make the deal work but would need another 1,000 so it wasn't worse for them. I was pretty upset because I've never heard of a dealer calling someone to basically say they'd made a mistake and now I was going to have to pay more out of pocket. I don't care I they didn't take some off the price, in business if you make a mistake, you should pay for it, not your customer. So, I got upset but because I wasn't willing to take the car back from my wife when it was a gift, I just paid the 1,000. There was some snarky remarks about how in Arizona, the contracts don't protect me from this, which even if it's the case, don't be a jerk and threaten me with. Remember how I said I said I had a payment coming up, well because they told me not to pay it. I missed it. Not only that but I missed a payment on the second car as well because it was due too. So, now I'm hoping my credit won't get dinged because of Chapman's horrible work. Not only that but I just knocked two additional payments off of the negotiated payoffs. I told the sales guy about this and he said he would talk to his boss about refunding these but didn't think he could talk him into it because he was already taking a big hit. So, I signed new docs and thought I was done with the place. Over the next week I received 2 letters in the mail about being declined from credit from places I never heard of. It turns out that Chapman does credit shotgunning, where they go and apply for credit from multiple places without telling you. It might be in the stacks of paperwork I signed but we never discussed it and they only ever discussed my loan with BMW financing. It was my fault for not asking, but it's still a pretty crappy way to do business. Anytime someone is checking your credit more than once they should tell you. So, it's been about a month after I signed the new paperwork and guess what. My payoffs still haven't been made, I'm starting to think they're floating the payments so the loans will be even less. I called the sales guy and asked why they hadn't been paid yet, he had to do some research a responded back the next day that payments were sent that day and they should have them. So they hadn't even mailed them out by then. I have payment due in 3 days so we'll see if they actually did. Stay away, worst experience ever! More
Worst experience ever!! Don't go to service at this dealership. They are the worst. Well unless your car is brand new. Otherwise they don't care what happens. I took my 200 Don't go to service at this dealership. They are the worst. Well unless your car is brand new. Otherwise they don't care what happens. I took my 2004 330ci in to be diagnosed and have a couple things fixed on the car from recalls. Well they did the recalls and the diagnostic testing. And almost 600.00 later I'm leaving after being told they topped my fluids and washed my car. I was so thankful for that moment. I drive from the dealership to Tempe and when I get off freeway my car is overheating my dad lights come on and my car shuts down. I'm am livid at this point. I get my car to a parking lot and safety. And lift the hood to realize they never put my radiator cap back on. So I drove all the way from Phoenix to Tempe with almost nothing in my radiator. Spewed everywhere under my hood. Dried fluid everywhere. I call and 6 phone calls later I get a guy DOUG who acted like he cared. And he should seeing he is the service manager. Seriously manager. He said he was sending someone to me with fluid and to make sure it's all ok. I waited over an hour in Arizona heat. Finally he came filled my fluid gave me a gallon of fluid and left. I was still livid. I left from there my car not being right at all. I called and left DOUG 4 messages with no return phone call. I than go to BMW in Chandler and get shafted again. The manager there said he personally spoke to DOUG and that he would be calling me. It's now been a few weeks and nothing from know one. I have now spent 750.00 to fix what they broke. Like they required my exterior thermostat for my temp display but they made it worse. Since that had been done my airbag light my check engine light we're on and my top wouldn't stop functioning. My convertible top was no longer operable. So having it wired back to the way it was and another 200.00 and everything works great again. At this point I would have wanted a check cut to me for what I spent at the dealership seeing it didn't do anything for me but cost me more. But seeing know one has bothered to call and answer anything I'm stuck paying everything. Not very nice. But I'm guessing if my car was brand new I would have had alot more help from them. But cause I'm not rich and own a new car it was screw me. Thanks I appreciate your company treating me terrible. I will now 2nd guess every mechanic from this point forward. Because of you. Again thanks. More
