Make sure you really check out the vehicle before you buy from these people. They know how to hide stuff, then come up with excuses. They put cheap brake pads, they squeezed bad, took it to Toyota and they from these people. They know how to hide stuff, then come up with excuses. They put cheap brake pads, they squeezed bad, took it to Toyota and they said they put the wrong pads on and forgot to put some pins on the shoes that mount to the calipers, then to find out the speakers didn’t work on the back doors and rear dash, luckily the car still had factory warranty and had them replaced. Also, make sure you ask for a car fax! Will never buy another car from them! More

Listened to every concern In August and September, we purchased 2 CPO BMWs from Chapman on Camelback. Chris Crawford has been our service advisor right from the beginning. We'v In August and September, we purchased 2 CPO BMWs from Chapman on Camelback. Chris Crawford has been our service advisor right from the beginning. We've taken our cars in a few times for multiple concerns and even though some might seem small, these are our investments and we are very particular about the level they are maintained. Even so, Chris has always been open to hearing us out. Not once has he made us feel like our concerns were not important and he makes sure that the car is diagnosed throughly and the problem is corrected. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Chapman Service and to Chris. We really appreciate the effort he puts in to provide great customer service and follow through. More
