My wife and I visited on our anniversary to take a look at a possible purchase. Robert Mills and I had been in contact through E-mail. I have not enjoyed purchasing an automobile as much since my last purchase of a BMW 12 years ago. Robert was pleasant, quite professional and treated us as though we could be serious buyers. That was not our experience in Tucson. Although we had not planned to spend as much time as we ultimately did, we enjoyed the experience. Robert was responsive to our questions and, when he felt unsure, brought in a colleague - something we really appreciated. When we explained our financial parameters, Robert was able to meet them- another major plus. At the end of the process, we purchased and felt good about it. Our reception was great. Another colleague took us on a "tour" of our new BMW, explained the features and this completed the day. I have since recommended Chapman to several friends interested in BMW. More

I am very pleased with Chapman BMW on Camelback and I especially pleased with associate Kim Reid. When I was shopping for a new BMW I was looking for 6 speed manual. Like probably most car shoppers I loo especially pleased with associate Kim Reid. When I was shopping for a new BMW I was looking for 6 speed manual. Like probably most car shoppers I looked around. I checked with a few other dealers such as BMW North Scottsdale, BMW of Tucson, Sandia BMW in Albuquerque just to name a few. When I called these other dealers or stopped by they all said the same thing asking me why I wanted a manual transmission and they did not seem to want to work with me to get a manual transmission and they all just tried sell me on an automatic. Kim Reid with Chapman BMW on Camelback was the only one that made any effort to locate a manual transmission for me. When a manual was not available exactly like I preferred she offered to order me one or trade with another dealer in California. Eventually I actually did end up settling with purchasing automatic transmission but it was 110% my choice and I decided upon that since I was keeping my existing car which was already a manual. I would strongly recommend Chapman BMW on Camelback to anyone and everyone. I also must say that Kim Reid was great to work with, she was very professional, very nice, funny and she knows BMW’s inside and out. So anyone shopping for a new BMW should go to Chapman BMW on Camelback and ask for Kim Reid. More

What can I say, with my limited English, I am not sure if I can convey everything I would like to express regarding my recent BMW purchase from Chapman. I was leasing a Honda Civic for the past 3 years, with I can convey everything I would like to express regarding my recent BMW purchase from Chapman. I was leasing a Honda Civic for the past 3 years, with a new job and everything I wanted to join the club of BMW owners :) Well, I was definitely looking for a certified pre-used BMW for one since it is pre-certified it comes with many guanatee and service benefits and secondly I did not see the need to purchase a brand new one due to my other expenses planned for the year. Well, the 1st week of car hunting was very disappointing, the BMWs I had seen on other dealerships were not pre-certified and mostly very high in milage and did not come with the options I wanted. Yet the price and the monthly payment options I was offered was terrible per say. It was a Friday, I think 18th of January 2013, I just left a dealership and driving back home very disappointed and finally gave up. I saw a voice mail from JC regarding he wanted to talk to me about the pre-owned, certified BMW options at Chapman on Camelback. I was extremely upset, and really did not eve want to waste any more energy. Out of respect, I called him and left a voice mail saying that: JC, i had a very disappointing week, I do not think I will ever find the BMW I want with these specifications and this monthly payment amount at all. So, thank you for calling but I gave up. Then after an hour later he called me saying that I got the perfect car for you meeting all your needs, I ll get back to you regarding financing options. Then I filled out the BMW financial services form on their website. After an hour later he called me saying that if you want your new car ready for the party you are attending tonight come over at 5 pm, today , lol :) Of course, I had to sleep on it but I was so happy that I could not get a good night sleep. The next day, I still had a little doubts, whether I would be encountering any surprise charges in addition to the amount JC offered me. But not at all! He immediately told me that whatever he said yesterday, was the amount I was goning to get walking out the door. I saw my car, and fell in love with her! It was everything I wanted. We test drove the car, and I want to add that, JC is a BMW EXPERT, he enjoys the brand a lot and you can tell when he talks about it, or explaining every minuscule detail in the car he is selling. Anyways, after the best test drive experience I had, I immediately purchased the car. I also added some options too, such as black rims, a brand new set of mats, and etc. It was unbelieivable for me, I went there at 11 am in the morning on the 19th, and at 2:30 pm, I was driving back home in my awesome BMW, the windows rolled all the way doen, blasting the music lol. JC and I bet everyone at Chapman BMW (i.e. Grady Mosby--> Very friendly and has a lot of knowledge on BMW car technical details, also sent me a handwritten Thank You note and assured me I could call him anytime if I had any questions regarding my car! Awesome :)) ARE MAGIC WORKERS ! My experience with Chapman BMW on Camelback did not stop after the day I got my beauty. I had received hand written thank you notes, e-mails written in person and directed to ME regarding details of my car, and offering help with anything I need as well. It feels like, they consider you now as a family member, a huge family of BMW owners. They don't sell you the car and then cut you off. Whenever I call for any question the phone is immediately picked up, whenever I send an e-mail, within the same day I get an answer that satisfies me, and THE SERVICE, for example, I had my new rims installed today, and I was thinking it would take at least an hour, but they are so fast and efficient, I was able to get my car back in about 35 min and did not miss my dentist appointment. :) I would like to write more, but I think I should stop at this point, it is very late at night :) Finally, I would like to say, if anyone needs a car purchase, whether it is a BMW, or another brand, if you want the best service, best deals, and want to be a part of a new family where you are treated as if you are their ONLY customer, then do not hesitate and GO TO CHAPMAN ! Even if I move to another state, my next car (hopefully an M-Series, will be purchased from Chapman! ) Thanks, Murat More

AFter I had purchased my beauty, BMW 335i Coupe Premium Sports package, I received a call from Grady. He was very patient with me, I may have asked very idiotic questions, but he spent more than an hour maybe sitting in the car with me going through every detail I had to now :) He also sent me a hand written Thank You note for choosing to join the Chapman Family :) What can I say, Grady and JC are going to remain as my ONLY go to people for my next car purchase no matter where I live in future.
