My wife and I were interested in getting a Model S Plaid, and wanted to stop in to see one. While we didn't love the car we originally came to see, they had just listed a different one and were willing to sh and wanted to stop in to see one. They made a fair offer on our trade-in that was nearly what we can get selling outright, so we did the deal on the spot. Throughout, Fabiana (the sales consultant), Kevin (sales manager) and the rest of the staff were honest, professional and zero pressure. All fees were disclosed up front and clear.
