Been bringing my car to Collin at Certified Benz & Beemer for a while now. This time A noise was coming from my compressor for my AC. Had the part ordered and replaced same day.. Awesome service! Bryan was absolutely amazing and kept me in the loop with the progress of my car and made sure to try a cheaper fix rather than spending a lot of money on a whole new transmission. Instead of trying to sell me on a new transmission, he had me try the lock right screws for it first to see how that holds up and see if it fixes it. He would always say he’s looking out for me and isn’t trying to just sell me on spending money. This is the best dealership and Bryan is 100% the best service advisor at Benz & Beemer. I recommend anyone to go to him because he’s the nicest guy and will always look out for you. More
