Best car buying experience ever!! I was in the market for an Audi TT and my financing company listed CBB as one of their preferred vendors. I found a vehicle I was interested in and s I was in the market for an Audi TT and my financing company listed CBB as one of their preferred vendors. I found a vehicle I was interested in and started a chat session with Matt. He was very responsive, sent me a link to the car I was inquiring about and asked to set an appointment. Prior to my appointment, I received a call from Drew not only confirming my appointment, but inquiring about any other vehicles I might be interested in as well because the inventory changes daily. Upon arrival I was met by Jamie who was full of energy and pleasant. He immediately set up the test drive of the TT and then took time to talk to me after I realized that the car I thought I wanted was not as appealing as I had thought. With Jamie’s help, I was able to fall in love with my new SLK. The process was flawless from beginning to end. They were able to pull my application from my lender which made things that much easier. By the time I sat with Gene to sign the papers I knew I had made the right decision coming to CBB. Gene explained everything from APRs to available extended warranty plans.
