A tough purchase when you consider you you dont get to see the car or drive in person. Andy and team were helpful. I would have given them 5 stars but there were some small details that IMO should should/could have been remedied prior to delivery of the car. One of the key fobs didn't work (dead battery), in the trunk there was an opened package for a trunk net but no net, and the interior of the car wasn't as clean as you would expect to arrive from a reputable dealer that you spent over $60k on. I had my mechanic review the car and it was flawless engine wise and in great condition other than mentiond above. I would do business with them again. More

If I would have known of all the nightmares to follow, I would have bought somewhere completely different. I usually don't give such low reviews but the complete lack of communication and service deserves it. The 3rd party they use to do their window tint are complete amateurs with no experience. My car was at the service center for a total of 11 days while they tinted the windows over and over again. It took 4 times! I was told that I would be meeting with the owner, Jack, when I was going to pick up the car the final time, but nobody seemed to know where he was and he obviously doesn't seem to care. Colin originally started the re-tint process but couldn't get rid of us fast enough. The Shop Foreman, Steve, was very polite. When I dropped off the vehicle, nobody offered to help me unload my car or help carry in any of my stuff as I was juggling two kids with car seats and strollers every time. As of this review, we've had the car for two months and I can't get in touch with anyone to find out where my license plates are! Leaving messages and emails are completely useless with this place. It's amazing how our best car buying experience turned into an absolute horror. Maybe it's because we didn't buy a Mercedes-Benz or a BMW. More
