Just Great!!! This was my first experience with Certified Benz & Beemer. I learned of you through scouring the net for a particular vehicle. I was very apprehensive at first not knowing anyone at the dealer or the area. I live in Chandler about 30 minutes away. I can't say enough about Ricardo my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche but we hit it off like Ricardo has been my buddy for years. Above & beyond service My mother in law bought a car here & gave it to my wife about a month later. I found out she had the battery replaced after buying it but it kept dyin My mother in law bought a car here & gave it to my wife about a month later. I found out she had the battery replaced after buying it but it kept dying. I took it to Michael in service & explained what was going on and told him there was also no Freon in the a/c system. It took about a week but they found the electric water pump was draining the battery. They replaced it & installed a new battery free of charge. They charged the a/c but never found a leak... I expressed my concern that there had to be a leak, being in the refrigeration repair industry myself & knowing freon doesn't just leave the system. Also, that it'd soon be out of warranty. Michael stated if there was a future issue he would take care of it. Sure enough a few months down the road, mid summer, and out of warranty the a/c wasn't cold. I brought it in & they found the leak & replaced the evap just as Micael said he would... he took care of it & I can't thank him enough. Grately appreciate the above & beyond service! More
