We initially came in to look at BMW i3s as the company appeared to have the best inventory available used in Phoenix. After test driving, we decided it wasn't the right car for us. We asked about SUV, looked at a couple on the lot, but Jeff went through their inventory on line, and he found a low mileage Lexus RX, we test drove and it was a no-brainier. Jeff walked us the sales process quickly, after we made our decision. He made us feel we bought the right car for us, at a price and miles we were looking for and so far he has been right. We are delighted with the condition of the car, and all the extras, that I am sure the first buyer of the car paid quite it bit more to include. We would definitely recommend working with Jeff, no pressure, tries to find the right car for you. Trade in pricing was also reasonable, and higher than I had been offered at the Mercedes dealership. I was apprehensive not being able to put my hands on the vehicle, but CBB has a great r This was my first experience making a vehicle purchase online. I was apprehensive not being able to put my hands on the vehicle, but CBB has a great reputation and I'm glad I did. Zac was always available when I had questions or concerns with the sales process, shipping, and even after the sale to resolve a couple issues with the vehicle. I am impressed with their service after the sale. While they were thorough ensuring the vehicle was inspected, clean, and ready to ship, there were a couple maintenance issues when the vehicle arrived. I took the vehicle to my local Mercedes-Benz dealer to fix the issues, and all maintenance that was not covered by the vehicles warranty, CBB covered. Tyson Muse, the service manager, was friendly and helpful in taking a look at the maintenance invoice from the local dealer and coordinating payment. CBB stands by their promise to ensure the vehicle is solid and to work to resolve any issues. Two considerations: Ensure the title paperwork is completed in accordance with the home state requirements. Jamie George was very friendly, and made the paperwork easy and quick in order to expedite the purchase. I was unaware of the nuances with title work in different states. Take the time to work with CBB to ensure everything is done to ease the title/registration process in the home state. For myself, Alabama is behind on the technology curve and the electronic title issued was a problem. I'm not sure why the title wasn't requested or transferred for my home state in the first place? That may not be possible. Also, it is impossible to keep the outside of the vehicle clean if shipped uncovered. I missed a cracked chrome trim panel below the rear bumper that was damaged during shipping when I inspected the vehicle. It wasn't noticeable until I had the vehicle detailed. Take extra time looking the vehicle over if its dirty, or pay extra for enclosed shipping. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and recommend CBB. Zak was great to work with, and I will definitely give him a call when I am ready for another vehicle. More
