It was a pleasant surprise when Andy appeared to guide me through my visit; he was the same personable salesperson who helped me purchase my BMW 3 Series back in 2018. I felt an instant connection as I informed him I was interested in two specific BMWs, and he promptly took me to see them, clearly excited to help me find the right vehicle. Despite the sweltering heat of the day, Andy went above and beyond. I had my wife on FaceTime, and he patiently detailed the features of each vehicle, ensuring she could engage in the decision-making process from afar. His genuine commitment to providing an exceptional experience was evident when, after our visit, he took the time to create a personal video for us. In the video Andy showcased all the vehicle's features and offered a thorough visual tour of the interior and exterior, making us feel valued and involved in our car-buying journey. Once I decided to purchase one of the BMWs, the process unfolded seamlessly. I informed the team that I would be using my own financing and secured my choice with a deposit while signing the paperwork. It was as smooth and efficient as my previous experience had been, free of any complications. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a $500 discount on my new X1 for being a returning CBB Advantage customer! I was told by my salesperson I was a VIP. I didn't get the car I wanted because the dealership refused to fix a damaged grill, that they caused. I ended up with a lesser car because I needed something quick. (S class to a C class) I literally got money for my trade by accident. They weren't going to give me anything. Someone put $500 in the box accidentally. But the car I ended up with drives fine, so there ya go. VIP! More
