I drove 45 mins to Scottsdale to meet with John Swan, and to my surprise in less then 30 minutes they gave me their offer which was exactly what I was looking for. If you're honest with them and upfront there is no reason they wouldn't give you exactly what your vehicle is worth as the kbb value. I have to admit something, they actually paid a little more than their instant cash offer ($14,838 was the sight unseen website offer) they wrote a check for $15,000.00!!! More
