Everyone I dealt with was very nice and good to work with. My vehicle appears to be in great condition and as advertised. I am very happy with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. They did a great job coordinating pre purchase inspection and transportation of the vehicle and were responsive throughout the process. Vehicle was unexpectedly delivered with a full tank of gas, new tires, and generally I felt the dealership sought to deliver an excellent customer experience. The only thing I would not recommend is having them do body work or repairs. The dealership really cares about customer satisfaction and seeks to ensure you are fully satisfied throughout the buying process. More

To begin, we are located in Las Vegas, and completed the whole transaction online and on the telephone with Jamie, a method of buying that was a new experience for us. We had numerous questions and Jamie was amazing in his ability to respond to our telephone, email and text inquiries almost immediately. In every instance the information he provided was responsive, helpful, and pertinent, including providing us with all the car’s service and repair records. He also facilitated the payment process, which was very clear and smooth. We had the car shipped, and it arrived last Sunday in perfect condition. The car hauler was most efficient and helpful, and Jamie was instrumental in helping us maintain contact with him. We have bought many cars over the years, and had mostly positive experiences with the sales persons and dealerships. Our experience with Jamie, and with Certified Benz and Beamer was head and shoulders above all others. More
