First time buyer but this wont be the last purchase. I recently purchased an Audi Q8 from this dealer and I can honestly say, having purchased over 20 cars at this point in my life, that this was by fa I recently purchased an Audi Q8 from this dealer and I can honestly say, having purchased over 20 cars at this point in my life, that this was by far the best transaction experience I've had. They have a unique (to the used car industry certainly) objective and that is to insure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the purchase. They are so concerned that you are pleased with your decision and experience that you can return the car within 3 days for a full refund. My sales representative Howard Kulman went out of his way to make certain I was comfortable with my decision, even to the extent of encouraging me to drive other models on their extensive lot just to be sure. There was no hard sell, let me talk to the manager BS. The manager did come over to introduce himself but only to give me his card in the event I had any questions. They use stated pricing based on current market values and actually showed me all the equivalent cars and prices pretty much country wide. As such I was very comfortable with what I paid. Though I paid cash I had to go to the finance area for documentation. Sara was my contact there.. What a please, again no high pressure to buy "add ons", though I did opt to purchase extended warranty protection. I found their pricing to be extremely competitive and she checked multiply providers to insure I got the best protection for the best price. In fact, she we so helpful i opted to purchase a protection plan for my Mercedes, which I already owned. Also I might add that there was great follow up after the sale by both Howard and Sara to ensure I was happy with my decision. Who does that !? More
