My name is Tammy Peckham & I just purchased a Beautiful Red 2008 Tundra Crewcab limited 4x4, sight unseen from Certified Benz & Beemers in Scottsdale Arizona. I live in a rural area of South Orange County of CA. This was my first time I purchased a car/truck out of state.Scary trusting something/someone when you have'nt seen it. Glenn Roseman delivered the truck to my door with "no pressure" to buy it attitude if I didn't like it. Glenn was "honest" & helpful on my purchase decision. Certified Benz & Beemers was "true" to the description & condition of the truck. Glenn Roseman was the "crucial reason" in buying this vehicle, now I am the proud & satisfied owner of this Beautiful Red Tundra. The reason why Glenn was so "crucial" was buying out of state you are already nervous, & his "hand held" attitude was comforting from discussing and looking over the truck to the paperwork! The price is not the price! I made an offer on a 2002 S500 versus the price listed in the online ad and that same price quoted by the salesperson. Guess what? The Salesman comes back with the news that t S500 versus the price listed in the online ad and that same price quoted by the salesperson. Guess what? The Salesman comes back with the news that the car "is mispriced". In other words; Oops, we should be asking a lot more but you can take advantage of our mistake and snatch this car up at the asked price now. An embarrassing sales tactic. I ignore this and reassert my offer. The counter comes down $500, but also adds $847 for overpriced dealer add-ons like tinted windows and security etching. In effect, the counter offer was for $347 MORE than the asking price. I am told these add-ons are listed on a window sticker, which is true, but no where is it stated whether those add-ons are included in the asking price. If these add-ons have already been done and the costs must be recovered why aren't they included in the asking price????? If they are not included in the asking price (a curious notion)shouldn't there be a foot note next the listed price on the internet, on the car, when the salesman quotes a price??? When I objected they grudgingly offered to take the profit ($400)on the unwanted add-ons out of the price. When I got up to leave Norm Neil offered to just give me the add-ons. By this time my trust was shot. I found Norm to be calculating and slimey. More

I worked with Jeff Hallenbeck who was the contradiction to any used car salesman he was personable polite and patient, as well as helpfull and very knowledgeable. It was a no pressure expierience to the end and I love my well thought out choice. The finance department was very fast faster than the big name brand dealerships out here. There was even a small problem with my trade in procedure and they helped me out with that too!! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know and from now on Certified has my business. I came looking for the "perfect" car. Little did I know I would be finding it at the FIRST PLACE we stopped. We had a very specific price range that we needed to work within. Chris came right up did I know I would be finding it at the FIRST PLACE we stopped. We had a very specific price range that we needed to work within. Chris came right up to us and introduced himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable & not pushy (which is the BEST kind of salesman). I never thought he would be able to find me the car that I wanted in the price range that was necessary - but he did! We took the BMW on a test drive. Chris was awesome...allowing us to have fun and showing us what a trustworthy and fun person he really was. It was different from any other car shopping experience I had ever had. Felt like a friend just looking out for me and my family. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris to ANYONE...as well as send them to this amazing dealership to find their car of choice. I had been looking for a second car and found the Benz & Beemer website and it looked like they had excellent used cars at fair prices. I decided to check them out with no intention of buying a car that d & Beemer website and it looked like they had excellent used cars at fair prices. I decided to check them out with no intention of buying a car that day. I was outside looking at their cars when Danny Quintana came out to help me. He listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions and then said he had a car upstairs " that was looking for a new owner". We went up and looked at the car and it was exactly the car I was looking for. We took the BMW for a test drive and it was in excellent shape and one sweet ride! Danny never pressured me into buying the car but since it was what I was looking for, I asked him to put some numbers together. We were able to agree on a deal and the paperwork was done very timely. Normand Neal also was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Tracey Weaver did the financing and it was a breeze. Since I was trading a car in, Danny and "the Wisconsin guy"- sorry I can't remember his name, followed me home with my new car. All in all a great experience and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car. More
