Overall the seemed welcoming (as you would expect). Barry was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. We did a test drive and he made sure I was able to take the car through its paces. The finance part of the process was also very smooth and although they gave me the opportunity to be upsold on some services there was not pressure for that either. I was a little nervous about purchasing a used car online. After some discussion with Lee I took the risk, and I am glad I did. Bryan made several accomodations for me and went out of his way to attend to some special requests. Overall the experience was good. I was there to see a range rover as I had been thinking about one for a while and wanted to get it out of my mind if I was not to like it or like it.
