Most reviews only highlight negative experiences – this is not one of those, let me explain. In January of 2012 I purchased a used 2008 corvette with approx. 55k miles from Benz & Beemer, and in driving o is not one of those, let me explain. In January of 2012 I purchased a used 2008 corvette with approx. 55k miles from Benz & Beemer, and in driving off the lot noticed the gas gauge quit working – it went from ‘’full’’ to ‘’empty’’ in a couple of car lengths and I immediately turned around back onto the lot. The sales person’s reply was automatic – ‘’No worries, bring it back and we will fix it.’’ If any of you know about corvette gas tanks and sending units, this is not a cheap or easy repair and entails disassembly of the rear end of the vehicle including dropping the transaxle to get at the tank. Benz & Beemer effected the repair without delay, and over the course of the following year there was noted a slight gasoline odor in the garage where the vehicle was parked. Once more Benz and Beemer stepped up to the plate, took the car apart again, and this time replaced the tank with a new one, complete with new fuel pump and sending unit. Really not a cheap fix. Special thanks to Scott Paisch Service Manager, and all involved for a purchase/service experience far beyond the norm. Would I buy another car from Benz and Beemer? I can go that one better – I have no doubt that I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Benz and Beemer! (helpful too in that they always have an amazing selection of high end vehicles in the stable to choose from ) Thanks once more to the staff and the extra mile Policy that sees no customer leaves less than 100% satisfied. Staff customer service was superb. Brian and Chris were great salesman. I did not get the usual high pressure sales feeling one normally expects from a car salesman. We went online and researched dealerships and the specific make and model of car that we were interested in, then sent out queries to a few dealerships. Paige promptly responded to our query about a 2005 Mercedes SLK350 that we located online. She was incredibly efficient, charming and honest with us. She did an excellent job! We were surprised that she is relatively new to this dealership. Kudos to the hiring manager on his/her decision to hire Paige! Great beginning of our first experience with this dealership. Then we met with and were further assisted by Chris Reyes. We were greatly appreciative of his expertise, and impressed by his honesty and willingness to help us obtain the best financing for our needs. Last but not least, we met with Chris Barone and he was quick, extraordinarily efficient and highly knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and did not leave us wondering about anything. I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience at Certified Benz and Beemer! After a few days of looking for a used Honda Accord, I came across one on their website at a great price. He was super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable like I have with other dealerships in the past. Danny and Lee were very flexible and willing to work with me without having a trade in. Travis in service came by to go over the history of the car and the maintenance records. Talk about above and beyond! Chris in finance was informative and thorough. I still can't get over how quick and painless the entire process was, I was out of there in an hour. What a relief! Scott was very easy to deal with and very helpful. I am not used to newer cars with sensors and my tire pressure sensor was on.
