I found Certified Benz & Beemer online while searching for a Porsche 911. they were easy to work with and the sales rep made the initial experience enjoyable. After a couple weeks I had some t searching for a Porsche 911. they were easy to work with and the sales rep made the initial experience enjoyable. After a couple weeks I had some trouble with the convertible top, it took them a couple weeks to have a loaner car available but once I brought it to their attention they were able to service the car within a couple weeks. After owning the car for about two months I began to have trouble with the heating system. I attempted to contact the dealer and my sales rep on several occasions, I have yet to receive a response. In an effort to have the car looked at I reached out to Porsche of North Scottsdale, they told me to come in and they would have a loaner car waiting for me to use while they worked on my vehicle. They helped to repair the problems with the car quickly and were in constant contact with me as needed. It looks like this dealer typically does a good job, but in the future I won't be purchasing any vehicles from them, especially Porsches. Also the issues found with the car cost about $3k to repair, none of which were belts or tires. More

I love the way this dealership does business! As a manager in retail, customer service is very important to me and BIll surpassed all my expectations. It did not stop there, once I arrived, Bill noted they found a small imperfection on the car and had it taken car of immediately. He could have stopped like so many others do once the papers are signed and the deal is done, but Bill is a true man of respect and customer service and I am truly content with my experience.
