Salesman did not pressure us into buying anything and allowed us to look at as many cars as we needed to make a good decision. He also was helpful with narrowing down what we wanted and was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in (as we came in not knowing at all what car or kind of car we wanted). The buying process was simplified and painless. Overall, it was a perfect experience and the dealership had an amazingly extensive used car selection that made it easy to find something we liked, but it was hard deciding which one we liked best! I thought I was going to need a new battery when I brought it in recently. They gave me a loaner car while they diagnosed my vehicle., The next day I was told my battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced! (I must have left something on in the car when I went out of town.)So refreshing to know they could have taken me for a new battery and I wouldn't have know the difference BUT THEY DIDN'T! Honesty! How about that??! I can tell you, my next car will be purchased from Certified Benz and Beemer. Thoroughly impressed! More

I do not even know where to begin with this review......I came In frazzled not really knowing much about anything. I was really needing a used vehicle in a matter of days. To complicate my situation my family would be buying the car, they live in New York, so there is a time difference not to mention my dad being a little difficult. Mr. Valentine was patient and understanding with my situation. He was available my email, phone and text message. Due to the time difference sometimes he was not even at the dealership but was more than willing to speak with my father, me and at times all of us. Even though I was buying a used car Mr. Valentine shared my excitement with me, including jumping up and down and numerous hugs :) I must admit walking into a Mercedes Benz dealership was at first very intimidating but just as soon as sat down with Mr. Valentine all my anxiousness went away. I feel like I was very fortunate to have had Mr. Valentine as my representive and salesman. He made such an impression on my Dad that he wants to thank him in person when they visit me next out here in Arizona. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did......
