As a 24 year old most dealerships I go to do not treat me like they do other customers and as soon as I walked into CBB I could tell right away that I wanted to do business with them. What really blew me away was when Alex took me on a road that I could really get a feel for the car, best test drive I've ever taken, and that was big for me, especially before buying a premium machine. Extremely friendly and helpful, these guys want to get you into the car of your dreams!! Alex was great as a sales rep and I plan on working with him in the future. From test driving at dealerships near me, I knew exactly the car I wanted...a 2011 or newer, gently owned, BMW 328i with manual transmission and low mileage. I couldn't find one within 500 miles of home, so the car I wanted...a 2011 or newer, gently owned, BMW 328i with manual transmission and low mileage. I couldn't find one within 500 miles of home, so I searched on Autotrader.com and found the only car listed that met my requirements at Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale, AZ. I immediately called and began negotiations with Joe Lopez. After having checked the value at Edmunds.com, I knew the asking price was a good one, but asked if he could reduce the price of the vehicle by the amount of the plane ticket from Texas. He didn't hesitate. All this took place on a Saturday. Monday morning at 6:45 am, I was flying to Arizona. Joe picked me up at the airport, he and Chris guided me skillfully through all the paperwork, etc., and I was on my way home by noon in my AWESOME BMW!!!! This was May 14th. Today is June 19th, and I could NOT be more pleased with my purchase. THANK YOU CERTIFIED BENZ & BEEMER!! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Joe Lopez to anyone...they truly are a 'Class Act'!!! More

The was by far the fastest car buying experience that I have ever had. We had looked at other vehicles and chose CBB because of the upfront price that was extreemly competitive. Barry was very helpful in explaining the buisiness philosopy of CBB and it was very helpfull in that the vehicles are prices to sell with no additional haggling.
