Average experience I went to Benz and Beemer knowing the vehicle I wanted. I test drove it and later called my salesman, Jamie, to ask about putting a deposit to hold it I went to Benz and Beemer knowing the vehicle I wanted. I test drove it and later called my salesman, Jamie, to ask about putting a deposit to hold it as my wife was out of the country. I was a bit shocked when a $2000 charge showed up on my AMEX card as a deposit. I ended up buying the 2012 Mercedes ML350. I was disappointed in the delivery condition of the vehicle. Whoever washed it left water spots on both outside mirrors and all over the vehicle. I had to rewash it when I got it home. Not acceptable for a "high end" dealership. I do give high marks to Dustin in finance, he was friendly and explained everything in detail. In my opinion, Benz and Beemer is nothing special, just another dealership. More

the best car buying experience! my wife and I had been looking at cars for a few weeks. We visited a couple of "high customer satisfaction" dealers a couple of times but we were disc my wife and I had been looking at cars for a few weeks. We visited a couple of "high customer satisfaction" dealers a couple of times but we were discouraged after their pushy sales which made us feel we would never be able to get the car we wanted. I came across the CBB website and WOW! Selection of cars is just jaw dropping! So many cars to choose from! We read all the information on the site about their customer satisfaction/no pressure environment and we were expecting an approach similar to the other 2 dealers we had visited. When we arrived Jeff was there to greet us, he was a funny guy right off the bat which made us feel more comfortable with our purchase. Everything was explained in full detail and was easy to understand, we felt comfortable the whole time we were there.
