Me and my wife had been looking for two days at every dealer ship on Bell Road and with no success, the sales men only hear one thing $$$$$. We would ask straight up do you have any Corvettes, Mercedes, dealer ship on Bell Road and with no success, the sales men only hear one thing $$$$$. We would ask straight up do you have any Corvettes, Mercedes, or BMW and they would show use Volvos, mustangs, Audi. We were informed about CBB and that if they did not have what we were looking for that they would find it for us. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Chris Reyes and Ron Moran, We informed Chris as to what we were looking for and our budget, Chris had Ron show us the vast high quality vehicles on all three floors, with in five minutes we saw the vehicle that would be going home with us, a Beautiful RED 2003 50th Anniversary convertible Corvette, even though we felt that was the car for us Ron insisted that we look at all the cars so we wouldn't regret our decision. After a test drive of the corvette it was time for the finance, we didn't have to play the four square game or have the sale man get the manager to team up on you. The price of the car was the price, and it was a great price. I would like to say Thank You to Ron and Chris for listening and making the purchase pain free. The only regret I have is that I didn't start my vehicle search with CBB, and had wasted two days out of my life that I will never get back with all those other dealers. Thank You Again You Guys are Top Notch. :) More

From the moment we drove up in my daughter's mini cooper, Scott came out to greet us and listened while I explained the reason for our service. (engine light was coming on). He called me later in the day to tell me what the problem was (water pump and thermostat, both warranty repairs). I remembered then that the door handle on the mini broke off a few months ago. I asked him if he could price that out for me. He called me back again to tell me the price for the new door handle and also to let me know the mini was due for an oil change. Scott was very helpful and took care of everything related to my problems. He also found some other things that needed to be fixed which is always nice! Car problems are never fun, but all in all it was a pleasant experience dealing with Scott and with Benz and Beemer!! More
My only issue/complaint with Certified Benz & Beemer is the whole "one price" thing. I can certainly understand how this is easier on your end, however, buying a car is a big purchase (not an "easy/qui is the whole "one price" thing. I can certainly understand how this is easier on your end, however, buying a car is a big purchase (not an "easy/quick" purchase). Furthermore, in order for the "one price" to hold true & work (which it does not), there cannot be price drops. Since I had looked into the vehicle I was interested in, it has dropped $2000 (clearly, the original "one price" was not true, nor good enough). For this reason alone, the whole "one price" thing does not work & never will. If you were selling cars at wholesale value, perhaps then. But even then, if you can't sell a car, you will eventually lower the price, thus invalidating the whole "one price" theory. I was informed by your sales associates that 99% of your customers really like/enjoy the whole "one price" thing, but I most certainly do not. I also find it impossible to believe that 99% of your customers like this pricing strategy...unless of course they do not do their research prior to buying. Aside from this "one price" strategy, I thought the showroom was nice and the sales associate were nice/helpful/tactful/etc. Finally, I couldn't finish the survey recommending this dealership because of the pricing system. Everything in life is negotiable...certainly pricing on vehicles. More
Our 2005 C-Class Mercedes had a number of repairs required. We dropped the car off at 9:30 Monday morning with Scott Paich for front brakes, motor mounts, adjustable steering wheel "bone gear", a tr required.
