When we went to visit and test drive we worked with both Floyd and Philip, because we visited and test drove cars 2 different nights after work. For us, this was a big decision and we wanted to make sure we had seen plenty of cars before we picked the one we would own for the next several years! Both Floyd and Philip were very patient with us in test driving many cars. They both knew so much about each Make and Model. We were upgrading from a car with no bells and whistles to one with so many buttons we didn't know what they were all for, but they explained each button question with ease. When it came time to buy, they offered us very fair prices for each of our trade in's. We approved the price and Mohamed did a great job helping us out with the paperwork while the team got our new car ready to go! We drove home that evening with the biggest smiles on our faces! We didn't feel ripped off or taken. This dealer is very fair, professional and customer service friendly. New to me 2005 Lexus GX470 When searching for a particular vehicle and price your are truly limited to the dealerships that have this make and model. As I was one of those shop When searching for a particular vehicle and price your are truly limited to the dealerships that have this make and model. As I was one of those shoppers and as a shopper who is educated on the vehicle I wanted my search was limited. I was able to find this vehicle all over southern California and a couple here in the Phoenix area. The first one was at a Lexus dealership and way over priced, no matter how many miles a vehicle has , it is still a used vehicle. The second one was at Certified Benz and Beemer. We wet Phillipe Mattice on the lot while we were looking at the SUV and he greeted us with a smile. He was knowledgeable about his product and would look up the answer if he did not know the answer. After driving the vehicle we asked to take home for the night to get a PPI done on it and they said yes without hesitation. We had the Lexus inspected and made a decision to go ahead with the purchase. The dealership did most of what we asked after the report was presented to them. As we were pre-approved through USAA the finance did not take long at all. Mo Abdoui, the finance manager, was also great to deal with. He educated us on his after purchase products very well. As this was a Lexus we did not choose any of them. Overall our experience was fantastic, smooth and fast! Go see them at CBB and ask for Philip Mattice in sales! More
