Outstanding Customer Service I purchased my vehicle from CBB and it developed a mechanical issue. I called Tony and he had an appt set for me. When I arrived Travis greeted me a I purchased my vehicle from CBB and it developed a mechanical issue. I called Tony and he had an appt set for me. When I arrived Travis greeted me and it was all handled with professionalism and efficiency. They diagnosed the problem and started the repair process. The even gave me a loaner while they made the repairs. The work was completed a head of schedule. My hat is off to Tony and Travis - great job. More

Berrin was friendly, knowledgeable, and a NO PRESSURE salesman. We looked at several models and test drove both cars. The atmosphere was exactly as described, no pressure, no hidden fees, no up-selling, no bait and switch. Pricing was right at blue book, might have paid a little bit more, but was a hassle free, no haggle dealership that left an unforgettable experience. I am confident that I will be back in the future and WILL purchase another car from Certified Benz and Beemer. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. Ask for Berrin! More

I located several and we visited probably 6 We searched southern Arizona for a Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas that was the right color, condition, and price. I located several and we visited probably 6 dealerships between Tucson and Phoenix before locating a very promising one at Certified Benz & Beemer. Their website had all the relevant details and a larger number of photos. The best thing is that the descriptors and photos were absolutely accurate. One of the biggest issues we found at other dealers was that they had no idea what Jaguar color their car actually was. One even posted a pic of the plate with the paint color code and then called the car a completely different color. I don’t like to do business with a dealer so lazy as to not even perform a simple search for the proper paint color. And yes, color was one of the most important features of the car. I f you ever drove, or sat in a Vanden Plas, you know that the level of luxury and appointment make color the only real choice necessary. The bottom line is that Certified Benz & Beemer has a great selection, the cars are accurately detailed on their web site (www.certifiedbenzbeemer.com) , and everyone there works hard to give you a great buying experience. The prices are fixed, based on price comparison, so you know what you will pay before arriving, alleviating that stress. Lastly, they stand behind their cars. We had an issue on day one and James took care of it without question. I will likely return here for my next luxury car purchase. They also have SUVs, if you’re into that kind of thing. This was perfect From the first moment I started looking for a car I dreaded it my husband did all the car shopping but he is deployed and I needed a new car. We went through USAA and not 5 minutes after I was approved Chris Nall called me answered all my questions and when I got in to see him he was very understanding that I was going to have to call my husband through out the process and with him being over seas that it could take time.
