Buying my first new car I searched online for a new car at many different dealers in the Phoenix area and it wasn't looking to well for a while til I found this VW jetta and I searched online for a new car at many different dealers in the Phoenix area and it wasn't looking to well for a while til I found this VW jetta and I went to go test drive it and see how it was. When I showed up to the dealer I got a nice welcome by Phillip and he took me to where the Jetta was sitting. From the minute he greeted me to driving away with the car as the new owner (which was a couple days in between to make sure it was the car I was looking for) Phillip was there from the beginning to the end where I was able to drive it home. I still call Phillip every once and a while to see how he's doing. Certified Benz and Beemer is where I got my new Jetta and I absolutly love it thank you for all your help, great service and and just making the buying process easier. I have to admit that I never would have thought to look for a used car at this dealer, because of the expensive cars on the lot. But I am SO happy that I found them - through my bank, USAA. Never have I felt more comfortable and appreciated as a customer. They compare prices in the area and give you a fair price (that beat other dealers). They do not try to hide any of their fees - they even will send you an email with the offer broken down. Travis Walters was my sales person, and from his first phone call to me, I felt like he was considerate and honest. Best car-buying experience in 30 years Went into the dealership to look at a used vehicle I saw online. Excellent customer service, never felt any pressure to purchase and Andy answered all of our questions. As my wife and I sat there she made the comment that this was the best experience she has had at any dealership. We ended up purchasing the vehicle the next morning and could not be more pleased. The excellent service did not end with the purchase and carried right thru to the finance department. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
