Great experience! My husband I and were looking for a BMW X5 with a third row and found one here. Our sales rep, Jeff Hallenbeck, was so nice and totally no pressure. They followed through on all the promises and everything was fantastic! Since the car did not have running boards, they installed them for us. Travis Woodyard in service was also very professional and nice to work with. Our first experience here was an overall excellent one and would definately come back again. More

They had a wonderful selection of vehicles and Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! No pressure, just friendly, fun and accommodating. Unfortunately, since we had a very specific car in mind (color, year, packages, etc.), we found what we were looking for at a different dealership and ended up buying from them. I say "unfortunately" because our experience at BMW North Scottsdale was the worst car buying experience of our lives! We will NEVER go back there! I called Bobby and Chris Reyes in the middle of the deal, considering dropping the deal and going back to them, just for piece of mind. Next time we will start and hopefully end with them! More

Who buys a car online sight unseen?!?! But I'm happy I did! Owning my last car over 10yrs because I hate the car buying experience, Certified B&B made it super easy! From beginning until end he was available to answer any questions I had, provide requested information & helped to ease my concerns with buying a car online. Even gave me a military discount! I LOVE MY NEW CAR! If I'd known it was this easy I might not have waited so long to purchase a new car! Thank you Bobby & Certified Benz & Beemers! I wanted to give them 5 out of 5 but the shipping process was frustrating for me as I'm an out of state customer & it took the company they selected to handle the shipping process 4 DAYS to bring the car about 300 miles! Maybe this is typical I don't know as I've never brought a vehicle online before. But my suggestion would be to save the shipping cost & the disappointment & fly down one way and pick the vehicle up yourself. More
