Had a great experience buying a new (used) car this weekend with Jeff Hallenbeck. I had located a vehicle online through my company's website that I wanted to check out. I sent an email inquiry and got weekend with Jeff Hallenbeck. I had located a vehicle online through my company's website that I wanted to check out. I sent an email inquiry and got an almost immediate response via phone call from Jeff. This was surprising to me since I was out to dinner on a Friday evening. I made arrangements to visit the following day. Upon arrival, the dealership was very busy but Jeff did a great job juggling a few customers at the same time. As we walked out to see the vehicle, it drove by for a test drive with someone else. Jeff said he'd keep an eye on it coming back and let us know. We walked the lot while waiting and then met with Jeff for some financing questions. During that conversation, he said the vehicle had sold. Although I was slightly disappointed, I wasn't too stressed because I had a few other vehicles to check out at another location. Although Jeff didn't know this, he kindly asked if there were any other vehicles we saw on the lot that we wanted to look into. He was not pressuring in any way! We discussed a few that fit my specifications, including pricing. Jeff was patient as we worked the financing around my possible down payment and desired monthly payment. Ultimately we found the right combination in financing and Jeff had it all approved and ready to go once we returned from the test drive. He followed us through the process of signing documents (running between 2 buildings) to make sure we were being taken care of. He had the car prepared and ready to go quickly. Jeff was very personable and personal even though it was a hectic time at the dealership and he had recently returned from some time off. Jeff made accommodations for us to pick up the vehicle at a time that was convenient for us. I feel that he was genuine in the buying process and that I can follow up with him if I have questions or concerns. He handled the sale from start to finish and walked us out with keys. I didn't feel that he had "made his sale" and then passed us on to the next person. This was definitely a positive experience and I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. Thanks and great job!
