But I was willing to give them a chance because they had a vehicle I wanted at the right price. Once I got there, salesman was very apologetic and I was willing to give him a chance. I was pleasantly surprised after they appraised my trade-in vehicle. Because they had a vehicle that I was very interested in, at a decent price, and arranging for no money down financing. Within 24 hours of driving off with the vehicle I noticed some conditions which I felt were wrong with the vehicle. I had to escalate my complaint(s) up the organizational chain until they landed on the General Manager's desk. In the end CBB took care of my complaint(s) and repaired the vehicle to my satisfaction. Now I am very happy with the vehicle. I would recommend CBB if you are in the market for a used vehicle. More
